As i said he's back on post working per his contract with Ft. Campbell thankfully his wife was granted a restraining order for her and the surviving twin before his bail was posted

At a hearing Thursday, a Hennepin County District Judge approved a request by Curry’s attorneys that he undergo a psychological evaluation by a court-appointed examiner to determine his mental competency to stand trial.
A jury trial that was scheduled for Monday has been pushed back to a tentative date of Oct. 29 to give time for Curry to undergo the psychological evaluation.

"A Minneapolis man has admitted to sexually assaulting and beating his developmentally disabled twin daughters in their home.
Jerry Lee Curry, 52, pleaded guilty on Wednesday in Hennepin County District Court to one charge each of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, first-degree assault and gross misdemeanor child endangerment, according to a news release from the Hennepin County attorney’s office. Six related charges will be dropped.
Curry, who is scheduled to be sentenced on Feb. 20, is expected to receive a 20-year prison term and another 10 years of supervised release, the news release said. He will also be forced to register as a sex offender...."

Too bad he can't be chained to a bed for 25 years, so tightly that he can't move. Too bad our society is so civilized. I wish he would get the death penalty.

Curry made a brief and somber apology. "I'm sorry for what happened," he said, barely audible. "[I hope] God will forgive me and I hope they [daughters] forgive me someday."
His public defender, William Selman said Curry pleaded guilty to avoid further trauma to his family.
"He did not want to go to trial and have to put his daughters through that additional trauma," said Selman. "So he ended up agreeing to the offer from the state."
The mother of Curry's children, Shelia Wilson has previously pleaded guilty to one count of criminal neglect and is scheduled to be sentenced next month."

Instead of saying "I'm sorry for what happened", maybe he should have said "I'm sorry for the depraved, animalistic things I did." I'm not convinced he pleaded guilty for his daughters' sake. All of a sudden he has compassion on them? imo

Authorities announced on Tuesday the sentencing of the wife of Jerry Curry for five years on probation and released after spending more than a year in jail for felony neglect of three daughters who were abused by Curry.
