Christian had 2 complex skull fractures & maybe a 3rd. 3 other children in state custody (boys 7, 6 & 2); 4 year old did not live there. Tried to blame the 4 year old.
Trial was set to begin on 1/21/20 was continued no further dates available.
6/2/19 Update: Pretrial hearing on 6/11. 6/11/19: Next hearing on 7/30. 7/30/19: Next hearing on 9/3. 9/3/19 Update: Next pretrial hearing on 10/15. 10/15/19 Update: Trial to begin on 1/21/20. 1/21/20 Update: Trial was continued. 10/20/20: Tarrant Co TX courts are now observing state law that allows them to not hold jury selection/jury trials until December 1, 2020.
