“You wanna come at us?” she said. “I say go get yourself some lunch, big boy.”
A few seconds later, she yelled to Renee, “Drive, baby, drive.” Renee complied by slamming the accelerator before the officer fired the fatal shots.

Literally none of this is illegal, or a reason to be shot in the face.

The agent is standing in front of the vehicle when he unholsters his firearm, but only after the driver shifts into drive and initiates forward movement. The entire sequence occurs within a split second. imo

He chose to pull his gun rather than step out of the way. Clearly shown in that photo. He deliberately kept himself "in harm's way".

I have been avoiding this thread like the plague because I have moral beliefs that do not align with Trump and/or ICE. Please forgive me if I am discussing something that has been previously discussed.

A) why not shoot at her tires? In previous murder cases I’ve followed that have zero dispute about whether the murderer was or was not the shooter have shown me that officers are TAUGHT to not kill anyone. Most law enforcement officers want a fair and just trial for EVERYONE.

B) IMO only: why was Ashli Babbit a true American patriot when those …individuals were ACTIVELY shooting at LE?

I won’t wait for a response. Because she was a Trumper.

I fear there will be no judge and jury though. Trump called Babbit a true American patriot. Vance said that he can believe that this is a tragedy while also believing that Good created her own murder, saying this:

This is a guy who’s actually done a very, very important job for the United States of America,” Vance said of the agent, noting that the officer had previously been struck twice by vehicles in the past six months, once suffering injuries that required more than 30 stitches. “He’s been assaulted, he’s been attacked. He’s been injured because of it. He deserves a debt of gratitude.”

If he was so traumatized why does he continue to be an ICE “officer”? I’ve known many LE that have had to leave careers because they had PTSD. Why has Mr. Ice not done that if he’s truly traumatized?

But, but, but we were assured they were only going after hardened criminals. They meant people showing up for appointments, dropping kids off at school, working on job sites, delivering take-out food....and most of us thought they meant murderers and rapists that nobody wants in our neighborhoods.

This is the same group of leaders who rushed to call a woman a domestic terrorist and said the man who killed her was following his training after her shot her in the face, called her a f******* b****, and fled the scene.

I'm sure even those who think it was a justified shoot due to self offence will agree that it was overkill and that interfering in governments business doesn't warrant 3 bullets to the head right?

Keep that in mind and ask yourself this -

Imagine there is some viral videos of a random crime on some random street in America or anywhere

Footage shows a woman in her car after sticking her fingers up at some men, she's laughing at them and dancing in her car. She's winding them up.
Footage shows those two huge men screaming at her, behaving aggressively and bellowing out differing commands.
Footage shows one of the burly screaming men ragging at her car door handle trying to enter her car.
Footage shows their mate in front of her car blocking her exit.
Footage shows the mate in front move slightly to the right so the woman uses this opportunity to turn her steering wheel to the right, both away from the men and towards an exit and safety.
Footage shows the woman slowly move her car forward with the wheels turning, she may or may not have lightly brushed his side with the vehicle due to the fact he was still trying to block her.
Footage shows the mate pull out his gun and shoot through the windscreen then move closer to the car and shoot another two times into the drivers side window killing the woman.

That's what the footage shows.

The mate claims it was self defense, he claims he was terrified and thought she was gonna run him over and he had no option but to defend himself by shooting her. She had been winding them up all day and had blocked his mates car, he had to shoot her, he had no other choice.

Now answer to yourself wether you would agree with it being a case of warranted and legal self defense or is that only when the men are ICE?

I honestly believe that any websleuther given this scenario would not be victim blaming and would be calling for the fair and expected justice for such an awful crime.

0 ICE officers have been killed on duty except for 1 who had a heart attack chasing someone. No immigrants or civilians have ever directly killed an ICE officer in the entire existence of the agency. No ICE officer has EVER been murdered by a vehicle on duty/in relation to their work (the one struck by a car was by a drunk driver while the officer was off duty - completely incidental).
