I happened to be watching news and very 'fortunate' to see the Mayor speak live and NOT have his angry words blurbed out. He was so furious with excellent reason, the spin. We knew right off, I did, that there would be a huge attempt at a SPIN. Lots of witnesses, cameras going. That speaker woman who dresses up to suit the background and her story out in 'the wild' came on as a 'sherriffy' looking person, instantly spewed her BS from Texas somewhere, AS A FACT AND END OF STORY. Anyone seeing the immediate position of the car, as told by a witness, and the immediate area around it, can see, NO NEED for anyone to shoot right into the driver side windshield, low. I saw the bullet hole in the seat as well.. a graphic scene, but it is vid that may NOT be shown as the minutes go by with this admin. This was a 'white woman' that I believe said to be 30 something. IM

NO, after the woman was shot point blank in her car and killed by ICE person, of course her car was not being steered and it went INTO the side of the road where there was snow. Noem is a liar, consistent with the admin. IMO WE all saw and can see the video, I'd look not on mainstream news as now they are leaving out the actually shooting unfortunately. Cleaned it up. IMO

She was complying with their order to leave the scene. They literally say in the video “get out of HERE” meaning leave the area in her vehicle. That is what she was doing. She was not armed, she was not driving erratically (she was going 2mph and turning her wheel) The officer put himself in front of her car, then moved to her drivers side and started shooting. There are multiple video angles of this and they ALL show the same thing.

Anyway, her not getting out of the car doesn't give them permission to shoot her. She was not breaking the law. She is allowed to be in her car and she did not, under any circumstances, "drive into agents." Tha

Not a lawful order. As a US citizen they had no authority over her. And they gave conflicting orders, one saying get out of here, move and another saying get out and trying to open her car door. They created this nightmare. She was the victim of their lack of lawful authority and proper training.

Not true, as a US citizen federal agents do have authority over her and you. When you don't comply and then drive straight toward an agent you are going to get shot. It's not nice, sweet, and sugary but its real life. She has the right to protest but she doesn't have the right to obstruction of government, and she surely didn't have the right to run over someone.

I cited two cases upthread where ICE claimed they were attacked with a vehicle, shot the occupants, and the charges against the occupants were dropped due to lack of evidence. ICE is repeatedly lying about the danger to them caused by civilians in vehicles.

I'm not sure what you are asking. I dont think anyone is in the hospital.

I'm pretty sure you can see the women's body in that video, I may have misinterpreted what I saw.

A) she isn't required to comply, she is a US citizen under no obligation to comply with their unlawful orders
B) they gave her conflicting orders, to leave/move and to also get out of her vehicle, neither of which they had the lawful authority to demand.
