I cited two cases upthread where ICE claimed they were attacked with a vehicle, shot the occupants, and the charges against the occupants were dropped due to lack of evidence. ICE is repeatedly lying about the danger to them caused by civilians in vehicles.
Not all agents immediately left the scene, but the one who shot her did shortly after.OMG - the agents got left the scene?!?
They shot a civilian and then left?
Why do you think she doesn't have to comply with federal agents giving a lawful order? Where did you learn this terrible advice?A) she isn't required to comply, she is a US citizen under no obligation to comply with their unlawful orders
B) they gave her conflicting order, to leave/move and to also get out of her vehicle, neither of which they had the lawful authority to demand.
Not true, as a US citizen federal agents do have authority over her and you.
When you don't comply and then drive straight toward an agent you are going to get shot. It's not nice, sweet, and sugary but its real life. She has the right to protest but she doesn't have the right to obstruction of government, and she surely didn't have the right to run over someone.
I did, video showing the front of the car is a total different perspective. I agree that there were too many people shouting orders and that caused a lot of confusion.Did you watch the video? They told her to leave. Watch the video with the audio turned on.
Floored it to 2mph? While turning the opposite direction of all the agents? The officer was in front while she was still backing thenn she floored it and tried to flee
So she can get quadruple tapped to the face for trying to drive away? Are you ok with that? She tried to drive away that is not complying
This is past dystopian at this pointFeds refuse to let the doctor help the victim.

Feds Block Doctor From Shooting Victim
Video obtained by HuffPost shows federal agents blocking a doctor from helping the woman ICE shot dead in Minneapolis, MNwww.huffpost.com
I very clearly see an officer in front of the vehicle as the woman very rapidly accelerates into a turn and the camera angle changes. In the two incidents that I cited, the accelerations towards the officers were far slower.
The above aside, I don't think the woman was trying to run over the officer. Rather, I firmly believe that she would have continued to turn, then drove away once she had completed the turn (and cleared the officer).
In the end I think the shooting was "justifiable" in the technical legal sense but not truly justified ethically.
The officer should have noted that the vehicle was tightly turning away from him (while also moving towards him). At the same time, the officer cannot read minds and did not know her true intent.
The officer was in front while she was still backing thenn she floored it and tried to flee
The officer walked up to her vehicle. Officers cannot create a dangerous situation for themselves and then claim reasonable use of deadly force. He could have taken a step back. He chose to shoot her. Over and over. The officer was in front while she was still backing thenn she floored it and tried to flee
Trump posted on Truth Social that one of the agents is in the hospital:I'm not sure what you are asking. I dont think anyone is in the hospital.
I'm pretty sure you can see the women's body in that video, I may have misinterpreted what I saw.
Yes I agree the officers were a mess. She was going at an officer you cant see froom the rear video you have to see the one from in front.Floored it to 2mph? While turning the opposite direction of all the agents?
Why was he in front of her car at all? Most actual real police officers who receive adequate training are taught never to stand in front of a vehicle or approach it straight on. That’s basic stuff taught at the beginning of the police academy. They are taught how to approach a vehicle to keep themselves and the passengers inside the car safe.
Respectfully, I am not going to continue to debate this topic with you. It is clear we disagree on what constitutes a lawful order and that will not change. codes, which I have not yet been able to read for myself, have been cited upthread here: MN -- woman shot in face and killed by ICE, Minneapolis, 7 Jan 2026 I am sure there are many more legal citations to be made that say an ICE agent may not arbitrarily pull an American citizen from their car or detain them. Why do you think she doesn't have to comply with federal agents giving a lawful order? Where did you learn this terrible advice?
Officers did creat a bad situation from the start of this whole thing. Why did the person that was shot approach that area? It looks like they had the road blocked off. EDIT spelling mistakeThe officer walked up to her vehicle. Officers cannot create a dangerous situation for themselves and then claim reasonable use of deadly force. He could have taken a step back. He chose to shoot her. Over and over.
Because she was killed, she was NOT steering, unable to as she was shot in the face. She had no control over her car, ICE put any and all human beings in danger. His point was to kill her. IMOYou said yourself, she backed up. She did NOT floor it until he shot her.
Again, I have repeatedly cited multiple statutes showing you that ICE does not have jurisdiction to stop civilian vehicles except in two specific cases. LE has already confirmed those two cases (occupant with a warrant, reasonable suspicion of undocumented immigrant inside vehicle) did not apply to the civilian victim. Why do you think she doesn't have to comply with federal agents giving a lawful order? Where did you learn this terrible advice?
