Read the articles. It's a public street and for all we know, she lived in the area. We don't know. But there's nothing saying they blocked off the road. At least, not until after this happened.

in fact the woman who was shot was not blocking the road, she was waving ICE vehicles around her and they were not impeded but in fact one at the beginning of the video made it around her vehicle safely and more could have until the ICE agents escalated the situation by simultaneously telling her to move/leave AND get out of her vehicle. We know she didn't violate immigration laws, per the statement put out. What lawful duty was she obstructing? She was trying to leave as instructed to do.

Not true, as a US citizen federal agents do have authority over her and you. When you don't comply and then drive straight toward an agent you are going to get shot. It's not nice, sweet, and sugary but its real life. She has the right to protest but she doesn't have the right to obstruction of government, and she surely didn't have the right to run over someone.

Was she even protesting though? We don't know what happened before the video starts but it looked to me that maybe she pulled out of her either a driveway or building, then Unidentified Trucks come speeding up quickly on her as they barrel thru the neighborhood and she stopped in the middle of the road trying to figure things out, then Rambo got out of the vehicle and then the confrontation started. I'm sorry but at this point, I can't take anything coming out of the "official" version until I can see what happened before and if this woman was in fact interfering with ICE or just going about her day. No matter what, she didn't deserve to be executed the way she was from the video footage I've seen.

Also, when you have contradictory orders, then you're damned either way. If she had gotten out of the car, then posters would say "well she didn't comply, she was told to leave." She leaves and they say "well she didn't comply, she was told to get out of the car."

The woman would have been killed no matter what she did, thanks to incompetence and malice on the part of ICE. This agent needs to be charged with 1st degree murder.

The one who walked away looking perfectly fine? I have no doubt he presented to a hospital to keep up the charade, but he certainly didn't look injured. Probably just anxiety at this point because he knows he killed a woman in cold blood.

What protocols are they following? They are trained, I'm assuming. So is the training to shout conflicting orders, shoot civilians, and then scatter before the police show up?
