I've taken a days break from this thread as honestly I'm baffled by some people.

It doesn't matter if she was sat in her car dancing. It doesn't matter if she was being spicy to ICE who communicated with her. Hell it doesn't even matter if she had parked across the street, got out and shoved the car keys up her bum. ... In this case here, IT. DOESN'T. MATTER.
Sure some will say oh well you can't interfere with a government agency blah blah - nah you can't and you could get in bother for that. Get in bother being the important words here, getting in legal trouble is not getting blasted 3 times in the face.
I'm so tired now of justifications such as "he was scared for his safety" "she rammed him" Firstly she didn't ram him, run him over, now him down or even hit him! The video is there from more angles than I look at myself when I'm feeling cute. He stepped out of the way of Goods vehicle which was turning away from ICE. Secondly, he places HIMSELF in front of her car (after having already passed her apparent block in his vehicle) now does a traumatised and terrified man place himself in front of a vehicle with an (in ICE and the governments opinion) "agitator"?! No they don't. He placed himself there. Thirdly, self defense?! Give me a break and then some... IF he had have fired the one shot which went through the windscreen after he placed HIMSELF in front of the vehicle, then maybeeeeee he could somehow blag it, but he didn't, he fired off that shot and then made the conscious decision to step CLOSER to the vehicle, y'know the one that's such a danger and the one that he's so in fear of, so he was closer to the open drivers window and popped off another 2 rounds point blank into her face execution style. That's where self defence by legal definition goes see ya and premeditation comes out to play. Ugh I just can't even. Pointless even trying to debate and relate to some people though as they're so deep into their political views that even their own eyes aren't reliable witnesses


The thing is, If this case was to get inside of a court room with a jury and they showed all angles of the footage, the ice agent would be scoffing down ramen for the next 10/20, that's why the white house and other government cronies have pulled rank on the relevant people, kicking out the state (which we all know the current government can't stand because they're tHe w0kE OtHeR SiDe) and getting the feds to "investigate" this murder so that it gets nowhere near a court house. They're also doing their damnedest to control the narrative by any means necessary, including slandering the victim all over the place (I'm sure some will have seen the bullpoo verified fake rumours) justttttt incase the feds decide to step out of line and put a criminal case on - to attempt to brainwash potential jurors.

America is so screwed , even more than I could have imagined and by proxy so is the western world as so many countries have ties with the states.

If this exact scenario happened and all of the officers were just regular law enforcement, like state troopers or Minneapolis city police and it went down EXACTLY like it did, with one officer yanking on her door handle, multiple officers giving conflicting demands, an officer filming on his cell phone instead of a body cam, an officer walking in front of her vehicle, and the officer shooting her point blank 3 times…would the people who say the agent was justified for shooting her, still think this? Or is it ok because it’s ICE and therefore they can do whatever they want with no consequences. All MOO.

It looks like she is attempting to in all the footage. When the pit bulls got out of the car screaming at her she was attempting to leave. She backed up a bit and it looks like she was trying to go forward to turn right... Until seargent trigger happy PLACED HIMSELF IN FRONT OF HER VEHICLE. Her wheels were in the stage of being turned right away from the ice agents on the left to her car. The gun slinging moved slightly more to the left (evidenced by the bullet trajectory and the video) and she went slowly -you can see it wasn't at speed at all in the videos, the only speed seen is AFTER she's shot and has no control over her body - forward in order to avoid the ICE and leave as they had previously told her to do

Moo...ice is standing in front of vehicles (but close to side so they are not actually in danger) so they can claim that the vehicle is a weapon....then they can shoot..to kill..ya know ...point blank through driver's side window..when they are not in danger. Have any of the ice that have used this vehicle trapping tactic been injured...no. It matters not if the other two were gang members, did they have weapons? Regular LE would not of shot them or stood in front of vehicle. There is a huge difference Between regular LE and these masked unidentifiable no body camera enforcers. What is happening is the same martial law. If people are ok with that, so be it. Everyone including you can be stopped for no reason, if you do not comply you may be shot...moo

I'm sure even those who think it was a justified shoot due to self offence will agree that it was overkill and that interfering in governments business doesn't warrant 3 bullets to the head right?

Keep that in mind and ask yourself this -

Imagine there is some viral videos of a random crime on some random street in America or anywhere

Footage shows a woman in her car after sticking her fingers up at some men, she's laughing at them and dancing in her car. She's winding them up.
Footage shows those two huge men screaming at her, behaving aggressively and bellowing out differing commands.
Footage shows one of the burly screaming men ragging at her car door handle trying to enter her car.
Footage shows their mate in front of her car blocking her exit.
Footage shows the mate in front move slightly to the right so the woman uses this opportunity to turn her steering wheel to the right, both away from the men and towards an exit and safety.
Footage shows the woman slowly move her car forward with the wheels turning, she may or may not have lightly brushed his side with the vehicle due to the fact he was still trying to block her.
Footage shows the mate pull out his gun and shoot through the windscreen then move closer to the car and shoot another two times into the drivers side window killing the woman.

That's what the footage shows.

The mate claims it was self defense, he claims he was terrified and thought she was gonna run him over and he had no option but to defend himself by shooting her. She had been winding them up all day and had blocked his mates car, he had to shoot her, he had no other choice.

Now answer to yourself wether you would agree with it being a case of warranted and legal self defense or is that only when the men are ICE?

I honestly believe that any websleuther given this scenario would not be victim blaming and would be calling for the fair and expected justice for such an awful crime.

How are they "gestapo"? They are doing immigration enforcement. That is their job. To find illegal immigrants and detain them. It bothers me when people use hyperbolic terms like "gestapo" and "nazi". It really lessens the impact of these words.

There are steps to become a legal citizen or obtain a legal right to live in the US. If people don't want to go through the legal process of obtaining citizenship or refugee status/asylum it doesn't magically make them being here legal and fine.

And it doesn't make Law Enforcement or immigration officials the bad guys for enforcing the laws of the US.
