Johnathon Ross is the shooter.
Renee is the victim of said shootings to the face and head.
Are we, therefore, allowed to discuss Johnathon Ross here on the thread.

You are allowed to discuss Ross in relation to the shooting. The investigation is still ongoing (The state investigation) and therefore it has not been determined if Ross is going to be criminally charged

The homicide victim, Renee Good, was not an illegal. ICE does not have jurisdiction over traffic violations; but they had her plate and could have passed on the info to local LE if they had wanted to. IMO. But instead moo they approached, created and then escalated the situ, before Officer Ross illegally IMO made the choice to shoot and kill the victim at almost point blank range for the last two deliberately aimed shots.

There was zero reason for any of them to stop and engage with her at that point. They did not like being filmed and heckled so they decided to go outside of their jurisdiction to try to remove her from her vehicle. I can answer that one. ICE has been around for many years. It was here under President Biden. It was here under President Obama. The tactics they are using now are completely different than how they were exercised previously. And the budget increased their funding dramatically, with the goal of Mass deportations on an unimaginable scale. Which is why you are seeing videos of them going to public places and dragging people away. And why they are going after civilians, like Renee. There was never a time when people's lives were being placed in constant danger. Where these Thugs would shoot people on a daily basis. Where people would be deported without due process to random detention centers or foreign countries, where unimaginable consequences were being dealt out.

So my answer would be, that NO, I in no way support the methods and means being used today by ICE.

Once again, we have been shown unequivocally that some people are Above The Law.

There is absolutely no reason why he should not be under arrest. This incident has already been compromised, DELIBERATELY, but allowing the officer to leave the scene. By letting the other ICE officers present to have access to the vehicle. By having his home emptied of potential evidence. All with the motive of engaging in a cover up.

There is no reason why the State of MN should not be allowed to conduct an investigation and have full access to evidence.

He should be given Due Process, something which ICE refuses to ever do for the people they apprehend.

He should be charged with at the very least, 2nd Degree Murder, and if it is determined that she was not killed by the 1st shot, it should be 1st Degree Murder, since he clearly was in No Danger when he fired the 2nd and 3rd shots.

They do not want transparency. They do not want a legitimate investigation. That much is clear.

So why do you repeat that Renee was illegally blocking the road? It's completely irrelevant here as opening fire at her was completely inappropriate response.

If a car can drive around you, you are not blocking the road. We can say she was parked perpendicular to the road, which is not in accordance to the rules of the road and she can be asked to move her car. But she wasn’t impeding any vehicles from being able to drive down the road, since we saw video of an ICE vehicle driving past her on the road. It’s a 1 way street with 2 lanes, the far left lane was completely open so cars could drive past her. Her car was parked perpendicular in the right hand lane, and it wasn’t even blocked that entire lane. MOO.

I wonder if it is ICE's job to manage the behavior of protestors? Should local law enforcement be called in, instead? I am wondering if this is too far outside of their duties, and outside of their training? These are honest questions, I am not baiting or being snarky.

I agree we need to look at the information presented to us. So knowing that her car was not blocking all lanes of traffic and that there was room for all the ICE vehicles to drive past her and continue on with their jobs, why do you think several of them parked their cars around her and got out and confronted her? This is an honest question, I’m not trying to be snarky. We’ve acknowledged that she wasn’t fully blocking the road and that ICE does not have jurisdiction over traffic violations such as an incorrectly parked car so why do they continue to engage with her?

I don’t know how to do that. It’s the one where the officer is filming with his camera as she guns the gas toward him you can clearly see she hit him. He was already injured 6 months ago being drug by a car. What are these officers supposed to do? They want to go home at night too! Also it was a fluid scene, there could have been other civilians or officers in her path and if she had struck a civilian he would be criticized for not stopping her! These officers can’t win!

All anyone can see in that video is his camera going askew. Maybe when he pulled his gun.
