St. Charles County Prosecutor Tim Lohmar is expected to announce charges soon against the man, who remains civilly committed at a federal prison out of state, sources say.

YES!!! Still very sad that he was able to victimize other girls after killing Angie.

ETA: I have a feeling the step-father knows the killer. Why is he referring to him as a "kid"?

It is so sad Angie’s Mum died two years ago from breast cancer and never saw her daughter’s killer arrested and convicted. Thank goodness for DNA and forensic testing.

Okay, that makes sense. That's why they're called pressers. Because they're for press only and not the General Public. ( as opposed to the latest Abby and Libby press conference which everyone was shocked that they were opening it up to the public, that is how uncommon it is - especially a major case where they don't want emotional private citizens attending m o o)
