This guy is really lucky and has a good attorney who keeps getting these hearings postponed. It's been about a year since he was arrested for assaulting someone. I wonder if he's pressuring his victim to drop the charges or not appear in court to testify against him. He sounds like the kind of guy who would do that, JMO.
