Daughter reported her missing on May 15, 2020. *Joshua Dwain Smith (39?/now 40) arrested & charged (7/10/25) with felony 1st degree murder & 3rd degree domestic assault.
*Charge [unrelated to Echo’s case] *Arrested & charged (12/31/24) & arraigned (4/9/25) with 1st degree rape or attempted rape on 7/4/24. Plead not guilty [4/9/25]. Bond $75K Surety. Released on bond [12/31/24]. Plead not guilty (4/9/25). Benton County
