haha...when I was watching them walk down that residential street, I remembered when I was about 16 and I was a a wild Halloween party and we decided to be stupid and went out like we were trick or treatin. Cops came and yelled at us, of course. LOL

What is the purpose of gathering the names of LE? What is the purpose of tweeting the public to help you do something you can do on your own? Harrasment and intimidation. JMO
