I agree however, police don't have xray vision.
I don't think you need to have X-ray vision to see someone running away though.

THANK YOUk they sure do.
All the rioting and violence was becaUse <<<< the deceased DID commit a crime. just omg... So typical oft times of law breakers,
Oh Absolutely!
With the BOLO being released and MB knew what he had just done and then there is the police asking him to stop. And after he had just robbed a store he was not about to empty his pockets. jmo
After reading the presidents words on the matter I kinda knew it was nothing more then what it is.

I don't think shooting someone to death who has assaulted a cop and wrestled with him for his gun is excessive force. I think that's justifiable force. There's even a phrase for this type of behavior - 'suicide by cop'.
"Strong arm" or not, there is no justification for using deadly force against an unarmed suspect.
I guess it depends... did he turn around and face the cop before raising his hands, so that the cop maybe thought he was reaching for a gun or did he raise his hands and then turn around? What really is the real truth?
I'm not saying the officer is justified or not but what I will ask is.
How would the officer know if he was armed or not prior to the shooting taking place?
I want to see the autopsy results to confirm a shot or shots to the back. I have wondered if the 'hands raised' description was really him being shot from inside the car and the force pushing him back with his arms flailing?I don't think you need to have X-ray vision to see someone running away though.

And in turn I will ask you - so do you think police should shoot first just in case?
Wild West time, I guess.
It's viewed as petty, and mean-spirited to come right out when a family is grieving and say well you know what, your kid is a. I don't think I usually see LE departments do that - when there's a fatal shooting, they immediately say something about tragic loss of young life. They don't say yeah well just before that did you know your kid assaulted a store clerk and we figured it was him walking down the street?
It's unseemly. But now, in light of this enormous public over reaction because they believed - based on the family's interpretation of events - that an innocent young man was shot completely out of nowhere. And the public refused to believe what is apparently true, that the guy had grabbed the cop's gun.
Not sure if these photos of the robbery got posted:

Brown looks like a big.
I didn't say he was justified or not, I have no opinion because I don't have the facts.
Stopped the victim for walking in the street or stopped a strong arm robbery suspect?
This mess falls right into the Police dept lap.
They could have handled this differently. From the beginning.
They could have been forth coming with information and facts.
I really hope there is video some where of the altercation between MB and the officer. I still think there is some somewhere as each day we get more and more video.
I think Dorian Johnson is going to be arrested and charged in the robbery as well.

Well, I'm about 200% sure that the store clerk involved in the robbery has been interviewed thoroughly, as well as asked to look at pictures of the deceased and his companion.
