Exactly what I think, and it's why I question how much he really saw because remember...he feared being shot as well according to his statements. Even if he popped his head up intermittently to see what was happening, we know now based on the audio that it happened in under 10 seconds. I think someone said they timed it at 8?
According to Brady, he was down behind the car hiding is how I believe he phrased it. He also reveals DJ wasn't standing at the drivers side door when the "tussle" was going on. Additionally, he said the car DJ. Hid behind did not have anyone it it....yet in one recounting, DJ sates there were 2 people inside screaming, and he was begging them to get him out of there.
Anyone else recall those statements in the same way?

There is a lot of truth in what you just said about MSM. You think that they are reporting facts, but that's not always the reality of it. You begin to discover how misinformed they really are when you are actually part of the news or there yourself and know better.

DJ's story might not be totally consistent, but frankly, neither is what is supposedly coming out of OW's camp. Such as the caller and the police chief.

IMO the shot firing pacing fits the radio caller stating him telling her he just would not stop coming at him (the pause in shooting) and something to the effect that he might have been "on" soemthing. That recording has been posted and linked many times!
But what do you mean, "advancing" football-style from 35 feet away? Football tackle is when two people are right next to each other! To put your head down to "charge," lineman/football style, means that your intended target is close to you. At least to me. I've never heard of someone putting their head down, then running 35 ft, then tackling a guy. Usually, you run, and then you put your head down when you're almost to your target.
JMO.
To put his head down to "charge," would mean that OW ran up close to him after MB had retreated. That makes no sense. Why would OW run towards the danger?
The second picture demonstrates IMO how MB "should have" be laying IF he had been shot while surrendering and with his arms in the air, as some witnesses claim. JMO.

and it correlates with the intial statement that he did not know about the robbery. At first report. Then is seems IMO, that after talking further with the officer (we have to remember was taken to hospital) so it make some sense that there might be a delay in talking directly to the officer.Then it was stated that AFTER he talked to them he THEN heard the bolo, which would make logical sense, someone just stole cigars and the guy I was talking to 5 seconds ago had a box of cigars in his hand IMO there is congruency here

Yes, it means the witnesses on scene were all correct to say he had been shot (or shot at) at while running away. Many tried to paint the witnesses as liars, but the sounds do match their reports. Some of the early volley of bullets had to have been fired as he was running. It's likely his arm was grazed while running away (arms down) rather than the other possiblity- face front/ arms up for his inner arm wound.
I do wonder if they can hear anything earlier- the bullet being fired in the car? I'm not sure the chief confirmed that happened- I thought it he had only described a struggle and it was unclear to me if Brown was in the car, or just his head and arm, as described by most witnesses. Also wondering if they will ever be able to know how many shots in total were fired by looking at the gun- or if some of those shots are stray bullets that are gone forever?
I think that is what is going to be crucial, if there was no struggle for the gun, then he shot a fleeing suspect in the back for no justifiable reason. OW needs us to believe that struggle over the gun happened, or his career is over. I also think shooting an unarmed person in the back is excessive force either way you slice it, but that OW will not be in trouble unless they can prove somehow that Brown was not reaching for his gun.

JMO I do believe that the SUV, the officers' clothing, weapon, shoes and body are critical evidence. If he was taken to the hospital soon after the event, and treated for facial injuries, his face would have been cleaned up at the hospital. Hands washed, too. Other critical evidence, just to mention a few, are bullet casings, rogue bullets, and precise measurements to ascertain trajectories. I do hope that all evidence is secured. I don't know how long the red cap sat there. It is a complicated "crime" scene, which I personally think was larger than what the "crime tape" secured. JUST MY OPINION
In the case of 10 year old Hailey Owens of Springfield, MO in late Feb. of this year, she was abducted by a pedophile at around 5PM. She was dead and the suspect arrested by around 8:30 PM. LE knew she had been killed by then. Her body lay in the basement of that house until around 1:30 AM waiting on the proper SW and the FBI to show up. Subsequently her little body was not removed until around 5 AM or after the next morning. More than 10,000 people showed up for a peaceful vigil that Saturday to show the anger against pedophilia and the murders that stem from it. The largest gathering that city has ever had.
I believe it is absolutely not unheard of for a body to remain until all forensic and investigation work is done. Had his body been removed or shielded any earlier than it was would have only fueled the theory that LE was planting evidence or doing something hinky. To me it was a no win situation. But certainly should not be a central point of this investigation or possible prosecution. But IMO his body was treated no differently than anyone else in the same situation. LE knew from the very beginning what they were up against, and wanted all the crime scene done over the top perfectly.
