I agree. I think this new evidence does not rule out and may even rule in the fact that MB was shot while running away. MB then turned to see why the hell he was being shot at and then ate a few more bullets, the last two to his head as he was falling. IMO, JMO

Thanks for agreeing with me, but why would you think he was falling from the wound or wounds to his arm rather than being shot while bent over per the Mike Brady statement?

Just watched the video. He stated the public has not heard OW's account with his own voice, simply a third party account. He did so in response to specific questions about whether he had heard anything about OW's account of events that day.

JMO but I don't need to stretch that far to find ways to impeach this man's credibility.

But the "witnesses" can't change their story now....they've already given their OFFICIAL statements, both to local authorities, and the FBI. Dorian in particular is already going to be called out for changing his story.

Does anyone know how/if OW would be required to make his statement? If I understand it, he never filled out an incident report that day, I don't get that :dunno:

He didnt fill out his incident report but that is routine in a shooting incident which might be problematic. He would be advised to speak to an attorney before making any statements about what happened.

He has spoken to the investigators already and they have his story on videotape.

My guess is they need to get out word that DJ is a victim. Their words not mine. Seemingly his counsel believes nothing is relevant except actual shooting. It was also mentioned that DJ is a federal witness, so cannot comment. Seriously, CNN is really reaching in last few months.
