I have to say that I am all for people protesting. I think that is a right, I just don't see why there are protests now.
The grand jury is doing their thing, The feds are investigating. I think the problem is that now people want instant justice not real justice.
That is problematic. Instant justice is what they used in the wild west. You did not get a trial you got hung or shot.

I just can not find a good reason for todays protest and blocking main roads. It seems really pointless right now. Let the gj do their job. Let the feds investigate.

No and there was a video this morning where it was more dispersed, ie sounded like shut off your car and block traffic wherever you are in the city at that time.

Did any protesters read their insurance policies or check w insurance companies to see about their liability coverage, collision and med benefits coverage, for damage and injuries caused by drivers (meaning themselves) deliberately stopping car on highway as a protest?
Or might just end up w increased premiums. Or maybe cancelled policy?
Could be something to consider. , for those w auto insurance.

You know, I don't believe in suing generally. But in this case, if it were me and caused by this mess, I'd be real tempted to file suit against Eric Vickers, Anthony Shahid, Leslie McFadden and Michael Brown Sr to infuse some reality and temper their incitement to riot.
