I agree that they meant that threat. I would nbe so nervous working in there.

I think people should close their businesses and leave town. Let the cough cough peaceful protesters have at it with no LE, no stores,no resturants. Allow them to implode.
And those calling for OW's death should be arrested AND CHARGED.
The town is full of people acting like mukalucks.

Like a bad episode of Beavis and Butthead

Right up until someone gets hit and killed. . .then they'll sue everyone for not protecting them from their own stupidity.

ITA! Let the people of Ferguson self govern, and see how well that works out for them!

Hmmm, wonder what that "witness" would have noticed in Memphis, or in Topeka? Or in another part of St. Louis when the 8 month old was killed in a drive-by?

This CNN video is pretty damning the way they have done it. Do you guys hear the contractor saying, "Man, he was going like this" at about 1:00 in?

http://www.cnn.com/2014/09/10/us/ferguson-michael-brown-shooting-witnesses/index.html

IDK about that, wasn't MB still moving either towards or away from DW even if "hands-up"? IMO the autopsy seems more likely to show arms down, I mean can you seriously imagine MB keeping his "hands up" after the first shot to the arm? I bet he had his hands up and then reached down into his pockets, and/or kept moving, hence OW shoots. Does anyone in LE know if criminals use a tactic like "hands up" but continue towards police to kind of throw them off? all imo and speculation.

There's not enough protection in the universe to prevent that

What is really in balance here is that the AA population in Ferguson wants respect and equality. I want them to have it, too. But if the AA community doesn't understand the difference between respect and equality, then I'm not confident that they (the AA population for those who are offended by the word "they") will ever be able to attain their goal.

With tomorrow being being 9/11, Ferguson protestors really need to sit it out imo.

And yet, according to Korg radio guy, tomorrow there is a big surprise planned by the protestors. He said it should be very interesting.

Are they really going to act out on 9/11? This is being run by Muslim activists. 9/11 is not a good day for them to puff up their chests, imo.

So sad because I believe there are many, many beautiful families who are being "painted" by the loud and ignorant actions of those whose skin color matches, or not, theirs.

Color me dumb ~ but I believe, at this juncture, both races must try to trust one another. But I am only seeing blaming, aggression and a lack of effort to be informed re the laws on one side. Lol, this will never lead to trust!

Oh trust me. I know the difference between a good law abiding citizen and an ignorant belligerent and violent one...and it has nothing to do with the shade of skin. Nothing!
The shooting of Brown had absolutely nothing to do with race.

Very good point, and they issue demands and threats to destroy buildings if they're not met. Bad day to be demonstrating those similarities to everyone.

I'm wondering with Shahid and many others in jail, if they'd do anything major without him. I can picture him being angry about it if they did.

Not to mention I don't see how he could have seen anything happening considering the angle of the building. It is so irresponsible for CNN to put stuff like this out without verifying if it could even be possible.

I hope they do make a big stink tomorrow because that will piss people off even more.

Hmm, since when has CNN been anything but irresponsible?

You mean like holding a city hostage by burning down buildings or just threats of terrorism in general? It seems to me that some care about no one but themselves. A real slap in the face on the anniv of 9/11 and America in general.

People on twitter are saying the protestors shut down the highway :giggle:

Well...there's a reason it's called twitter, KWIM?
