That would be one version of the events/struggle. The eyewitness (not extremely credible, but probably as good as the police at this point) says that he was trying to pull away from the officer because he was being choked by the cop and tried to pull away when the cop pulled his gun. That is the eyewitness' report. And from there it will be up to a jury. If you choose to accept one version of the events then that's your prerogative. I choose to withhold judgement until I know all the facts (which may very well be never). But I will accept what a jury decides if and when that is chosen as the jurisdiction. In the meantime, I completely understand the outrage of the community and families impacted by this event. All it took was a minor conflict and one gun and this is what we have.
