I believe even if Officer Wilson lived in the community that he would have still told Brown and Johnson to get out of the street and they still would have refused.

Yes, yes, yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A thousand times, YES!!!

No kidding! With so many people having a video phone, so many whip them out immediately when something happens, it's just a bit hard to figure how no one that talked to the media bothered to film the incident. I would think with all the police brutality they claim in that area, lots of the residents would start taping the minute the officer stopped in the street. If nothing came of it, delete it. Just seems hokey to me. Hopefully someone did and the GJ saw it.

I just re-watched this video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-FTSPGly6NM

She is asked, "When did you decide to start recording" and she answered "When I saw the man lying there in the street. I was like, it's a dead body in the middle of my street. I must get this on film."

Things that make you go "hmmmm......."

Are you kidding me? Nevermind. You're right. No one should investigate potential bad acts of OW in the past.

Please, show us proof of these "bad acts" in the past. Just as MB's past behavior is relevant to this case, so is OW's....or lack, thereof. Let the past actions of these two men speak for themselves, and their character.

12:00:00 Wilson departure from sick call (page 10)
12:01:00 Wilson encounters MB & DJ (estimated based on travel time of 1/2 mile from Glenark to Canfield)
12:01:50 Disturbance call on Canfield Dr. (page 14)
12:02:22 Second officer arrives Canfield (page 15)

I wonder what time the first shot is fired? Before or after the disturbance call is made.

Wondered that myself, my guess is before. What I don't know is whether a disturbance call is opened if an officer radios in or if this was opened as the result of a 911 call from a citizen. We know this happened in a very small window of time just based on the time it would take to walk from FM&L to Canfield Dr. Also, based on stellar witness DJ's account (one of 'em anyway), Wilson had the opportunity to kill Mike right there at the window of the SUV if that was his plan, wouldn't Mike's body have been much closer to the SUV if Wilson was determined to play executioner?

Ok. Not according to the law, but ok. So I can do whatever I want and as long as no report is ever made, it's like it never happened. Locked that one away for future usage.

Kind of, yeah. LOL

If you are at work, and say something wrong or do something stupid, and none of your clients/customers complain, and none of your coworkers complain, then YES, you are home free. Unless your boss has secret cameras set up...

9. The City is controlling the “I Heart/Love Ferguson” campaign.
FALSE: The "I Heart/Love Ferguson" committee is led by a group of residents from Ferguson that has no direct affiliation with the City of Ferguson. They are a separate entity with 501(c)(3) status pending and their chairman is former Ferguson Mayor, Brian Fletcher.

Is this the poor guy at the council meeting who tried to speak and was booed?

It would be very interesting if someone called 911 at 01:50, which is just 50 seconds into the interaction. You have to subtract a little time for dialing and waiting for the connection. So that person would have called very quickly. I wonder if the reported a citizen attacking an officer?

"St. Louis on the Air": A conversation about Ferguson with Sen. Maria Chappelle-Nadal and Johnetta Elzie.

http://news.stlpublicradio.org/post/catching-events-ferguson

Senator Nadal : 'eyes on Ferguson'

"I did ask the chief to shut down the street on Saturday, and he said NO. And that was frustrating. We were trying to protest and we were being shackled and thrown to the ground...are you kidding me? We want respect. We are American citizens and we are not treated as such. "

" And that is the role I take in these crowd situations, to try and calm things down. " { YOU are a calming influence? ARE U SERIOUS?}

activist:"Harry Belafonte says if your going to do it, go all out-have unemployed people come down and make noise and protest and bother the police and flood the jails..... "

"The police are bullies--very frustrating the way they get so aggressive. I was tear gassed and shot 4 or 5 times with rubber bullets. If anyone is an urban terrorist it is them, not us."

 :notgood:

She needs to go away. Far, far away.

Now see, that was my 1st thought, why waste all that effort going after him? Ya know, he also could have done a drive by and got both boys AND in broad daylight!

I think it was filmed on someones cell phone. Either LE has a copy of the shooting or someone in the gp has a video and is sitting on it.

So.... the first Piaget video doesn't even start until 10 1/2 minutes after OW encounters MB & DJ? And 9 minutes after the second officer arrives on scene? She claims to have seen the entire incident, but she never started recording until more than 10 minutes later?

That's been my stance for quite some time. Imagine all the spontaneous You Tube videos you've seen in your lifetime, acts caught on tape at nearly the exact time something extraordinary happens. Six people have stated they saw Mike Brown gunned down, none of them took video for a minimum of nine minutes. Add to that the questionable material from the three that gets minimized or ignored, add to that no one can state a single stitch of evidence that exists from the main three first witnesses, add to that that four people saw this "tussle" from three different angles yet explained it the same way, and saw the shooting but explained it four different ways. I'm just at a loss for words to explain how illogical it all is.

Here's the thing. Not only is there no documentation of any past acts by OW in the form of formal complaints, but I haven't heard any person even come out with a OW "story." It seems as though he appeared from nowhere. I would love to know how common it is for an officer on the FPD to go an entire 6 years without one single complaint. He even worked with a police force that was fired as a whole due to widespread corruption and complaints of racism, yet he someone managed to get through all of that with a perfectly clean record.

Also, let's look again at where these 2 men were 10 minutes prior to the shooting. MB - pushing a local shop owner into a display rack. OW - tending to a sick baby.

LOL!!! Too funny!

But the sad thing is, that it's all video taped - we can all see what really happened and STILL people agree with her! OMG

I read on one of her tweeties someone said if she ran for president, they'd vote for her :jawdrop:

BBM  hope they're not registered!

yep, that's right. But stick around, we'll be questioned on why we discount her eyewitness testimony. All 4 different versions of it

Agree with you there. It causes my head to spin to think the 50 second estimate from first interaction to the last bullet fired could actually be shortened to 30-40 seconds.
