The officer's medical report will tell us a lot. Did MB break his jaw? His eye socket? Was there a struggle in the car over the gun resulting in a shot being fired? Those are all verifiable things that don't depend on witness accounts.

Why not? It would immobile him and disable him from continuing attack without having to take his life. I don't understand why that's so out of the question? Are you a cop?
I don't know how much target practice you do, but even a close shot at the knee can miss.

If it misses, it could ricochet or go past and hit someone else.

If this cop did try this it might cause a lot of misses.

And if the two who say that MB was coming at him are correct, the officer didn't have time to take chances.

I remember at the height of the Duke Rape Hoax, Jesse Jackson traveling to Durham to offer a free college scholarship to the hoaxtress whether she was lying or not.

They can tell with some degree of certainty how far he was away when shooting first started and ended too correct?

Yes they should be able to determine that. I've been amazed at the info ballistics provide when watching trials. It will also be interesting to learn if there is any forensic evidence that MB grabbed for his gun.

what video?

There is a video linked several times here where in the background you hear as gentleman telling some else what he saw. If you can not find it I'll link it later. If I spend another second on my phone my kids will go insane. They want to swim.

Whoa...like everyone else its based on the witness accounts I've heard, am I a target for y'all due to wanting justice for what I consider an unjust, excessive use of force, killing?

I don't get it..why those who believe Mike Brown should be dead or declare that he isn't a victim get a free pass here?

Has this now become a bullying tactic, intimidation tactic for me to stop being vocal. NOT...I will continue as I have and no one here will intimidate me into submission..

I have a voice as you all do...I think it's more than just that but that I will keep to myself..it's blatantly obvious to me...

I can see you're upset and I apologize if you felt I was attacking you or bullying you. That wasn't my intention, as I was wondering if you had info I hadn't seen yet.

I just started following this case yesterday and this is the only time I've quoted a post from you.

Just for the record, I think MB is a victim and I'm sorry he's dead. I'm trying to understand how that happened by reading, listening and watching all the coverage out there, as we all are. But make no mistake, I will not give him a pass for breaking the law by stealing and assaulting an innocent man trying to make a living.

I've personally never had any interaction with LE that was anything less than fair and just. I know others have not been as fortunate as me. But, whenever there is a case like this, I will always err on the side of LE until I see proof otherwise.

I'm certainly not trying to intimidate you and if you'd rather I not respond to your posts, I will comply.
