I thought people here were telling us that police are trained to shoot towards central mass. The head is central mass that needs to be shot at twice?

Is it just me or is Mike Brown and other reporters not listening to LE?

How many times do they need to be told to turn their camera lights off and move to the left part of the sidewalk? I know that they want to get good videos, but they must understand that this is a volatile situation.

This is completely baffling.

I realize that my post is a bit off topic, but it's upsetting to me that simple commands (to reporters) are not being obeyed for their own safety.

As of this exact moment Mike Brown has been informed that shots were just fired and now it appears he (Mike) is cooperating. Mike is now reporting for the umpteenth time how he was cursed at by a member of LE and was threated by LE, the captain intervened and gave Mike his business card. I watched the entire interaction and Mike was not cooperating at the time his was approached by the officer that got aggressive with him. You can clearly see that Mike had not turned his camera lights off and was repeatedly told to do so. I will add here even though the events of what I saw are out of order, that Mike was hollering for the name of the policeman.

I would think the torso/upper torso would be central mass.

It's not easy to pinpoint shots with a handgun on a target range, much less so in a life or death situation. IMO MB probably had his arm in front of his torso, catching the rounds. The police officer then aimed for the head.

No this woman was going off about the police. She was tear gassed and said that she had done nothing. She sounded furious and actually said she was in the iraq war. Boy was she livid. LOL

LOL! Someone earlier posted a twitter link about Rev Al filing a class action law suit because of the damage tear gas had caused. If anyone has a link, please post it. Interesting. LE darned if they do and darned if they don't!

I am not a black male. I think I am fairly intelligent, but I don't get it. Why are they not waiting for the investigation? Now they they have found out more details, why can't they say this might not be an example of corrupt LE? Why do they keep up the hate and distorted accounts? Credibility is lost when this is done. Why do they stereotype LE while they protest about being stereotyped?

In my opinion, this is what happens when you start from where this thing did. In this situation, it is quite difficult to back away from, even if only a couple steps. Too much investment in an expected outcome.

CNN Breaking - According to NY Times, Baden's autopsy shows that MB was shot six times, including twice in the head. Four times in the right arm.

Agree with this...but, when will the protestors realize the people they should be angry with are some of the very "leaders" standing with them.

Not sure what I would do but he was a moving target, so that's a major consideration.
