Maybe the city could stream this on something like amber alert billboards

Some people will never believe this. My hopes that all the extra MDs brought in for autopsy are as honest as Dr Baden. My opinion is some people will want more autopsies until they find someone who will agree with their thoughts. I just want justice in this case. And honesty.

Wilson, the guy with the gun, was afraid of a kid with no gun? Please...

The "kid" was six feet, four inches and almost 300 pounds. In the store video MB is seen assaulting a store clerk half his size, showing a bully's belligerence.

Standing with them?

They're tucked safely somewhere after fanning the flames.

Exactly J Jackson was just on CNN they asked if he was at the scene and he replied "no."

Also police reported Officer Wilson had swollen face

It's not easy to pinpoint shots with a handgun on a target range, much less so in a life or death situation. IMO MB probably had his arm in front of his torso, catching the rounds. The police officer then aimed for the head.

Were you watching the LIVE feed? It was not a civil rights protest, imo. It was a huge outdoor House Party. KIds literally dancing in the middle of the streets. Partying, high fivin, laughing, holding their hands up and chanting here and there. Meanwhile there are hot heads running around with molotov cocktails to throw at the cops and some have guns and there was at least one shooting that we know of.

I grew up in Berkeley. I have taken part in a hundred plus sit-ins, marches and civil rights or anti-war protests over the years. THis was nothing like that, imo. This was just an excuse to run around and act wild in the streets and throw chit at the cops.

As I said, it sounds like the young hot heads are out and not any older, wiser protestors. I'm not sure what you're taking issue with.

Jesse Jackon on CNN called the autopsy report by Dr Baden "provocative" and "bound to escalate tensions" (already the spin has begun)

Strictly my opinion, but it seems that any evidence that does not fit some people's agenda is "provocative" and "bound to escalate tensions".

Apparently his arms weren't in the air. IMO

It's also illegal to detain an innocent man without explaining his charges, beating him, and charging him with getting blood on officers clothes. It's perjury to sign a complainant that the man got blood on his clothes (the property damage charges) and then denying that any blood was transferred onto his clothing in his deposition. Weird how there's been a few Ferguson police slip ups against black men.

How many by Wilson?

Apparently, the man without the gun wasn't afraid of the police officer with the gun. How did that work out for him?

JMO

Absolutely. Characters like MB have no fear of law enforcement.

Does the autopsy mean that the witness reports were false then?

You mean all the ones that said MB was running away when he was shot in the back?

Much ado about being shot 6 times & after talking to JJ on phone & no mention of frontal wounds, anchor Poppy Harlow sort of slid in that info as an afterthought. Perfect example of network/news bias, IMO.

You could be right - we saw that happen with the release of the robbery video that destroyed the myth of a "gentle giant". It just inflamed things.

Would he have preferred Dr. Baden lie? The Rev. might take a look in the mirror if he wants to see the face of provocative.

Also police reported Officer Wilson had swollen face

Is there a link for this? Was any more Office Wilson injury info release? Sorry if I missed it. I have tried to catch up reading all the posts, but have been going back and forth with the live feed.

No more than it supports the theory that he went down to his knees in surrender. Moreover, Baden found no evidence that the gunshots were fired at close range.

Possibly.

But it is all to be taken in context. Original story left out the robbery, left out any injuries to the officer, and left out any struggle over the weapon.
If the above elements turn out to be true, then I would tend to believe that MB was rushing him, not surrendering. jmo

Well this certainly appears as if he wasn't running away, and shot in the back. Also, it seems from this report the shots were not at close range. Cop certainly didn't stand over a kneeling person and shoot him in the head.

I am one page, maybe two back. I am praying so hard right now for peace and sense and level heads. Please, this is becoming a place to put rage that has festered from other situations and that does THIS situation injustice IMO. Level heads level heads level heads.

Thank you popsicle for bringing the live tweets. you are a huge resource for breaking news for me.
