I can't believe how stupid the reporter is on CNN. She said the autopsy report "doesn't really change anything"..."there are still lots of questions". The fact that we now know ALL shots came from the front is HUGE! It means we can discount the eyewitness reports as not credible. According to Dr Baden one of the head shot injuries could be the result of Brown "charging" at the officer (with his head down).

Apparently his arms weren't in the air. IMO

ITA. Kinda hard to get bullets pumped into the front of your arm if it is raised in the air.

Sounds like the witness that was captured on the other guys video aligns with the now known narrative.

Brown just kept coming.

One of the bullets entered the top of Mr. Brown’s skull, suggesting his head was bent forward when it struck him and caused a fatal injury, according to Dr. Michael M. Baden, the former chief medical examiner for the City of New York, who flew to Missouri on Sunday at the family’s request to conduct the separate autopsy. It was likely the last of bullets to hit him, he said.

Mr. Brown, 18, was also shot four times in the right arm, he said, adding that all the bullets were fired into his front.

So there you have it, he was NOT shot in the back. It seems he was facing the officer and likely charging towards him. The initial bullets were to the right arm which apparently did not stop him.

Does this mean hands were not up on the air? To get shot on the top of the head, but instead leaning down. Geez jmo

Wilson, the guy with the gun, was afraid of a kid with no gun? Please...

Please explain how the cop with the gun knew the kid didn't have a gun. There is NO way he could have known.

Standing with them?

They're tucked safely somewhere after fanning the flames.

You are absolutely correct, an error in tense on my part!

No more than it supports the theory that he went down to his knees in surrender. Moreover, Baden found no evidence that the gunshots were fired at close range.

He didn't have his arms in the air. The bullets entered his arm from the front. Baden noted he didn't have access to his clothing to check it for gunshot residue.

Im wondering why we're hearing about the 2nd autopsy but not the first.

I must live a very sheltered life. Thru the many years, I have lived in California, New Jersey, Georgia, Alabama and now for more than 3 decades in Texas and I never remember hearing F _ _ k said in public with every other breath like these protestors.

Jesse Jackon on CNN called the autopsy report by Dr Baden "provocative" and "bound to escalate tensions" (already the spin has begun)

Jackson said that it would 'show the people ' that he was kneeling in surrender, just like they thought. He apparently ignored the other possibility, also in the ME report, that MB might have been rushing towards the officer.

Dr. Baden provided a diagram of the entry wounds, and noted that the six shots produced numerous wounds. Some of the bullets entered and exited several times, including one that left at least five different wounds.

I don't get how this happens?

it was family's autopsy. Which means they wanted it out. First autopsy is on hold until DOJ is done.

Im wondering why we're hearing about the 2nd autopsy but not the first.

Since we the public are being "protected" from hearing anything negative, in my opinion, I am wondering if the first autopsy has more eye opening conclusions.
