Now chanting, Hands up, Don't shoot
But they are not putting their hands up.People are causing trouble and throwing things at police. How long are the police suppose to take this and not do anything. This is wrong.

you must leave the area in a peaceful manner, continue walking

First time I've watched this. My immediate thought is there are way too many media reporters!! Get half of them out of there. The crowd is not as large as I imagined and if the media was reduced the crowd would be even that much smaller.

Amen to the community leaders who are doing an excellent job in controlling this crowd.

get out of the street immediately - you are unlawfully assembled

(I'm having a flashback, LOL. this is when the guys would push the gals to the front of things, which is why I gave up protesting)

As Chris Hayes is interviewing people about how peaceful the demonstrators are he is dodging rocks. Unbelievable!

I'm watching the foxnews coverage, which doesn't seem the same way as cnn
thanks, not usually a fan of foxnews and right now OReilly is on (not a fan of his either) but they have seemed to be one of the few stations that are handling this story in what I consider a responsible restrained manner, unlike so many of the other stations.

General Honore needs to be put in charge in Ferguson, Missouri. He calmed things down after Katrina in New Orleans.

The Governor has decided there is no curfew tonight.... I'm not sure that was wise...
They need the General- someone with war experience- because imo, that is what this is going to end up.

Maybe but it's just me but that looked more like a weapon than a water bottle. Last time I checked water bottles didn't explode bright flaming liquid.

I agree. I'm surprised they are allowing so many media. They should have restricted it to a pool.

The crowd is pretty large, I think there was about 1000 people or so. They aren't all in the same area. We can only see a chunk of it at a time.
