Didn't he think Billie Dunn was innocent? To be fair, she hasn't been arrested, but still...

And wasn't he one of Ronald Cummings cheerleaders and Tim Miller basher?

In this case, Mom led me to where I am with her comments about LE.

ITA. It seems to be the mom's comments that have raised red flags with LE.

I don't believe there is any evidence other than the mother's claim that indicates the baby was ever put to bed in her crib that night.

Looking at those pictures is heartbreaking. What an adorably sweet looking baby girl. I hate having to follow another horrifying missing child case like this.

It came from a story linked early this morning. It was the first one to say the mother failed the LDT and a call was made at 2:30 am by the mother. They quoted an unnamed source close to LE.

And it's still the only source I can find for the 2:30 phone call. You'd think that somebody else would have confirmed it by now if it were true. It could be true but I do know that I've seen Fox get quite a few things wrong in these cases before. I can't take it as fact until I hear it from another source.

I was thinking about this as a possibility and hope it's the case since baby Lisa would be alive somewhere. The fact that the family is only dealing with FOX news and not speaking with anyone makes me suspicious. Why turn away ANY media coverage of this story. It's their BABY. The lack of posters for their missing child worries me too. Local news matters and her photo needs to plastered everywhere in their area. I just don't get it.

I know I saw the lack of posters last night and was wondering WHY-I would want my child's pic everywhere to,I would even talk to NG and that is saying a lot..but really-I am hoping this is a make money scam, then Lisa being dead!

Deb reminds me of Diena Thompson and I remember all too well how Diena was initially bashed on many forums. Please remember, she was innocent and lived the nightmare every parent fears. I will continue to believe in the innocence of Lisa's parents until hard evidence tells me otherwise and just for the record, I could care less what Lisa was put to bed in. In every picture we have seen of her, she appears to be healthy, happy, and well loved. My heart just breaks for Deb & Jeremy and I pray their sweet lil' punkin' pie is safe...I pray she is returned to them alive.

I'm curious about what's in that big metal building in the back yard. When LE was searching the house I never saw pictures of the building being searched.

Yes, it has been searched. One of the former owners had an inground pool many years ago. When they tired of it they filled it in and he put up a shop. I can't remember what he did, but I do remember it housed at the very least a bobcat machine. This building is what my friend was interested in when he went to take a look at the house when it was in foreclosure right before Dad bought it. The bank had not done any work on it yet and it needed too much work at the time.

I saw this too but I can't find the video either. We came to the conclusion earlier that they don't post everything they show on TV on the website. I was looking for a piece I saw last night and couldn't find it. And there was another lady who couldn't find something she had seen.

Yes, the grandfather, David, is talking up a storm on another site, but I can't post what he is saying here because I can't link. He's a super nice guy, but he's human and gets a little irate at the people dogging Irwin and Bradley.

I was under the impression Lisa's mother and father are not married.

Isnt it a common law marriage? I thought rules were the same? JMOO

OMG This shorts thing is driving me nuts. It's so dang offensive to say "oh she was in shorts, they are killers" Seriously??? It means nothing, they are just as guilty for dressing her in purple, everyone knows if you dress your kid in purple in october that you don't really love your kid. Do you realize how ridiculous the shorts thing is? For those that say "well they weren't described as pajamas", if someone asked what my kids wore last night I'd say "green & white striped pants and purple shirt that says 'my mom & dad rock'". It was a matching pajama set, but who the heck cares if it was pajamas or not? They need an accurate description of her clothes, not what style.

The description of shorts and details about giving her daughter a bottle and placing her in bed was given by the mother, who has stopped cooperating with police and evidently lawyered up.

If you know of proof that the child was actually placed in her crib to go to sleep that night, I'd like to see a link.

I do not hold the opinion the child was abducted while asleep in her crib. I think she was carried out of that house by one of her parents.

Thank you. I tend to think Fox sensationalizes quite a bit sometimes and since they are the only ones who carried it and it is ascribed to an "unnamed source close to LE" - I think I will hold off on factoring that into my theories on this case. At least until it is substantiated in some way.

Thanks to all who answered my question. I feel so lost and I've only been away for 8 hours

Ok let's try this

What could the reason possibly be if either parent wanted to make the baby disappear for a little while?

Money fake kidnapping, baby found=donations, book deal, paid interviews?

The 2:30am call was supposedly a 2:30 text to Debbie's brother saying "I'm ready when you are." Could be a wild rumor. I can't see how that could even be known by LE at this point if the cell phones are actually still missing. Records would show a text went out but, not the actual message. Right?

NO. there are records of the actual text.

When my teen daughter lost her phone at a party we thought it might have been stolen. She lost it on a friday night. On Saturday we went to the Sprint store and told the clerk. He looked her number up on the computer right there and read off to us, word for word, her most recent texts. I was really surprised they had that info right at hand. But I was told that they do not have the texts saved for very long. Only a week or so I believe.

I feel like in every case, people have brought up the possibility that the parents staged the disappearance in order to garner sympathy, fame, media attention, and money. However, how many cases can we name where that actually happened? I'm sure there have been cases where a parent killed their child, and was pleasantly surprised at the amount of media coverage it got, but I can't think of too many cases where the abduction was a complete hoax. The only ones that come to mind are Balloon Boy and the girl in the UK who was kidnapped around the time Maddie McCann was.

Not to sound like a complete idiot.....

But did LE check on top of the Roof?

We had a case down here where a cell was pinging and LE were looking for days

in the area around the house and couldn't find it

and on the fifth day a helicopter spotted it on the roof.

Believe me, they have had enough helicopters flying around with their lenses zoomed in on the window that I guarantee they know every leaf and twig on that roof and everybody else's around here.

IDK-Could this have been a staged kidnapping to make money-like with interviews, donations etc..I am again thinking out loud!!

I've wondered the same thing.

I was under the impression Lisa's mother and father are not married.

I believe it was stated somewhere along the way that Debbie's mother had died (mysteriously...whatever that means) and Lisa was named after her.

It is possible to retrieve and read actual texts. I'm not sure if that is true about pay as you go phones, but I know it's true for phones with standard providers.

Again, odd to me that she is the one doing all the talking and not Dad...and why are they staying in a hotel? I think I would want to stay close to my home where my baby was last at...

That one reporter was really pushy. I can see using a conference room in a hotel; haven't been able to read all of the thread, has it been confirmed they are staying in the hotel?
