Special prosecutor to look a Mo. sex assault case

A Missouri prosecutor who dropped charges in a sex assault case involving a 14-year-old girl says he’s asking a court to appoint a special prosecutor to look at the case.

The Court will appoint a special prosecutor who will review the investigation and decide whether to refile charges.

Last time he spoke to victims families was when they took the alleged deposition. Then he says they always communicated w/victim's families. Which one is it Mr. Rice? :facepalm:

Yes, but he never said he received the results of the rape kit before dropping charges. He only stated that he received all medical reports. hmm

He says video (of the attack) was not in the iPhone anymore, it was deleted before sent for forensic testing. Also says iPhone does not allow for retrieval of deleted material. No one has come forward with the video.
