The aged-up photo looks like "Frosty Austin," that one old lady who died under an assumed name in a nursing home. People do shrink as they get old, right?

I have seen this photo before and I think..and forgive me if I’m wrong but this is a Phyllis Marie who died in Iowa not too long ago?
