Questions:

• Does anyone have any idea how much and/or what physical evidence LE has preserved from the 3MW case?
• Was any of the evidence collected ever submitted for DNA testing?

I know the scene at SL's home was horribly contaminated from everybody and their cousin traipsing through it prior to LE being contacted, but it would still be important for LE to have preserved as much evidence from the home as possible.

JK's account has always sounded completely unbelievable to me, from start to finish.

JMO.

I always wondered if they looked at the cars for physical evidence. I know they might need to keep things to themselves so they can catch the killer/killers. The house was like grand central station that day who knows who touched what. That scene itself is weird. I agree with you about JK's story. Something is off.

Referring to how could a single perp control three women please don't forget Cary Stayner who abducted three at one time from a motel room. A gun to coerce then duct tape for one victim to secure the other two's hands and mouths before being secured herself make this easily possible. Then everyone is walked to the vehicle used.

Do you believe it was possible that Joe was in town? Or do you take his word, knowing he had a 100k bond (for a two-bit cemetery crime from PD/county with very limited funds), knowing he was a snitch, knowing he threw Mike under the bus? Why is his word, in the biggest case in Springfield history, in that moment, truthful?

Cory Stayner did have an advantage over the women he abducted, in that they were on vacation and he worked there. This may or maynot have been a reason they complied. Even if you escape in that situation you might end up lost. That sounds like a horror movie. It's not impossible to restrain three women especially if they think you are just robbing them.

I believe the police looked into it and found no connection because they gave him a plea deal for the vandalism. I believe they changed his bond to higher because he did not come back and that looks suspicious and wanted to further question him. I believe if they thought for a moment he was a part of there biggest crime that was still not solved they would not of done that.

The women didn't know Cary from Adam's housecat even though he did work for the motel. If the Springfield Three knew their abductor they'd likely comply with his demands never suspecting until too late that they wouldn't get out of this alive.

The law doesn't work that way. His vandalism trial doesn't have anything to do with 3MW as far as sentencing, etc. His lawyer would have a field day if the judge wanted to give a harsh sentence over suspected guilt in another crime.

Ever wonder why Joe's case was separated from Mike and Dusty's? Even with Dusty and Mike using a different lawyer? And Mike using Joe's lawyer?

Why did Joe and Mike's lawyer (both represented by Stephen Lada) agree to opposite sentences? Things that make you go hmmmmmm.

Couldn't be that Joe was a CI, right? Cases filed separately prior to snitching btw. So there goes that excuse.

I've been trying to find the video that aired not long after their disappearance. It was one that showed people in the police station. It had an interview with Bartt Streeter. And the one cop was really creepy when handling pictures of Suzie. Do you remember that one?

I think that's the one that starts out with the reporter standing in front of Janelle K's house, and the same one in which JK say's "That Other Girl". Isn't it? Detective Asher was the one going through the pictures, and makes a mention that some of the pictures were a little "Racy". Personally I didn't get a "Creepy Vibe" out of Det. Asher. He just seemed like a simple country guy, that raised "Sheep/Goats" (Can't remember), lived a simple life, and worked as a Detective. I did however, get a creepy vibe from the person who owned the photo business, who was sitting with Asher when he was looking at the pictures. I also found it odd, that Asher makes a point to mention that a couple o the photos were "Missing". Not that any of this has anything to do with anything.

Sorry I wrote Cory lol. Suzie and Sherrills house looks like the three women were beamed up by aliens. The parade of people could have covered up or destroyed evidence. Sometimes complying with a burglar, rapist, potential killer keeps you alive, other times it ends with death. Once someone has broken into your house or is abducting you your survival is already up in the air.
I never understood how Cary Stayner could abduct and murder people after what his brother went through.

We are hellbent I’m getting the truth out and NOT presumptions because only facts will solve this. It had NOTHING to do with Joe and only facts. Also Suzie was not sent to testify. Show me the document that shows she was since you are all show me the proof now or you are breaking the rules. The door swings both ways.

Exactly, the law does not work that way so even if Suzie was questioned in that trial it could of only been about the vandalism.

In that statement I was questioned by Ozark on why I was defending him. I stated my DEFENDING HIM had nothing to do with Joe and only the truth.

I linked it earlier in the thread I don't know if you or anyone wants me to repost it. It's all over the place it has Stacy's family, interviews, a taped polygraph then it's got psychics, missing kids that were returned, and the sheep/goats it's like huh? I didn't like his assumptions about Suzie while staring at her pictures. Actually just voicing his opinions about her just came off as unprofessional.

Again we go back to this: criminals magically know what is/isn't going to be discussed in a trial? A lot of them aren't that bright.

But also, that aside, they could ask about non-vandalism topics if it pertained to how they know certain people. Which is the entire point. I believe they were abducted to be scared into not saying things to the cops.
