Please accept my apology in advance for the behavior of my dogs. They seem to know when I am on camera and proceed to do all kinds of dog things while I'm live. It can be mortifying. LOL

I've sent out the invitation again so everybody who is a Guardian as of this moment should have an invitation in their inbox.

Now a number of you have opted-out of receiving news-updates (SHAME!) who wouldn't normally receive an email from Websleuths, but I have bypassed that limitation in this case. If I receive spam notifications from Guardians users, I shall be very cross indeed.

Your original link will work. Our email-system has a difficult time determining who we've sent registration links to, so as we gain new members, I may have to send out the please-register email a few more times.

On the day of the event, we'll probably post a link to the event into his forum directly, but have people who use it sit in a waiting room until we can confirm their membership. We'll see how it goes on the day of.

This is our first time doing this, so bear with us as we figure it all out!
