I know a lot of Disney fanatics that fraudulently obtain Florida IDs to get less expensive Disney passes.

How do they do it?

So In order to get a FL. ID they have a residence here...A time share?

I know lifetime Texans that have been able to get IDs there. I can't recall how, but a whole extended family has them. They have never lived in Florida.

I don't think it should surprise any of us that Tammy would figure out a way to fraudulently obtain an ID from another state. Like someone said, scammers scam. It's what they do.

I was looking at the requirements, and they are pretty strict. It had to have been forged documents, such as for Proof of FL residency (2 documents).
Deed, mortgage, or rental/lease agreement. Florida voter registration card. W-2 form or 1099 form. With Adobe it's pretty easy to do. I forge documents every day for legitimate reasons using Adobe.

Well, THAT sounds interesting! ;)

TM was obviously really good with photoshop, so it's certainly not a stretch to think she'd be good at using Adobe as well.

I wonder what the penalty would be for doing so? Every little bit (of charges against them) helps.

Is that Fraud?

Florida Resident Tickets:
Proof of a Florida residential address is required. For each ticket purchased for an adult, you may provide any of the following:
•Valid Florida driver's license
•Valid Florida state-issued ID card (must have a Florida address)
•Valid Florida-based military ID

If you do not have one of the IDs indicated above, then for each ticket purchased for an adult you must provide one of the following dated within the last 2 months and evidencing a Florida residential address (not a PO Box) together with a corresponding picture ID (passport, driver's license, state identification card):
•Monthly mortgage statement
•Florida vehicle registration or title
•Homeowner's insurance policy or bill
•Automobile insurance policy or bill
•Utility bill
•Mail from a financial institution, including checking, savings or investment account statement
•Mail from a federal, state, county or city government agency

Thank you for linking that article. I can't remember if I read that exact one (probably did) but it definitely helped jar my memory. Something about the second 4 minute phone call really bothers me. If she already had a 4 minute phone call with Sidney, why would she wait an hour to call again and then when she got through have another 4 minute conversation? That's a pretty long conversation in the scheme of things. If it was TM who picked up, there is no way you can convince me she would have stayed on the phone for over 4 minutes.

My gut instinct is that it was not Heather the second time. Her phone was already taken by then and this was TM and SM talking...JMO...

I think the poor Heather's phone may have been in someone else's hands by then also. I hope evidence for a different scenario was well searched for.

Came across this while looking at other stuff this morning. IMO this is the very thing the Prosecution should have had ready to present: From TM's own mother:
“It’s hard for me to go out,” she said. “It’s hard for me to go to sleep. You don’t never know who might pull a gun on you. We don’t trust anybody anymore. You don’t know who you can trust. It’s terrible. It’s like living a nightmare.”

It could've been argued that with TM out on the streets - out with her children - etc - that they could be endangered. That would go to 'risk', no?

I would think so. I wonder whether the severity of the charge would change depending on what type of forged document (e.g. state or military ID vs. bill) or if it would all be the same. It can be relatively easy to get some bills in your name as opposed to others, and other forms of ID.

Ya never know who your daughter might pull a gun on, too, Polly. Remember this pic? http://media.myrtlebeachonline.com/smedia/2014/03/17/17/59/188IjX.AuSt.78.jpeg

Any word on SM bonding out today? Snow day here in NJ (very nasty and icy out) and just waiting for news :waiting:

Have never thought it's plausible that Heather decided to drive to PTL to meet SM, called him frantically and repeatedly when she arrived, then was harmed or killed there right after her last call, with the M's bolting back toward their property less than 3 minutes later. I think something began at the condo. And Heather may not have ever been near PTL. Unless she was a deceased passenger, perhaps.

As I said previously, we know where vehicles and phones were some of the time and where SM was at one point. We have no idea where people were during all those times. Or later. Or earlier.

I don't think who, what, where and when that early morning is as simple as the scenario that's been presented. JMO

Actually, reading both of these comments it makes sense to me that maybe HE didn't drive herself to PTL. If you think about the short time that her phone was on there and her car seen (is that a fact, sorry my memory is fuzzy) heading to PTL, it makes sense that one of the Ms was calling the other (not saying only SM and TM, there were more Ms alive at this time) to pick them up after "dumping" her car. But then there would need to be DNA of them in her car unless they were very careful, even then I think trace DNA would be found. Hmmm. Do we know if anything was found in HE car or has that report been released?

Either way, if you think about the facts that we do know: SM calls HE from a payphone. HE's phone and car go to PTL after multiple calls to SM phone. A black truck that looks like the M's goes to and from PTL at the same time HE phone pings from there. The calls to and from HE/SM stop at this time. He is never seen or heard from again after this moment. And we (a jury of their peers) is to believe they had NOTHING to do with HE disappearance? No way. I have tried to play these events out with the M's being innocent. I have tried to find ways to make it make sense but I can't. Nothing makes sense without them knowing what happened to HE that night.

And we still don't know about the Bi-lo receipt, the white tank top on the strange mannequin and if any DNA was found anywhere. We did hear in the latest bond hearing that someone in the M clan was pretty much harassing HE's phone. What about the journals they found with all of the Elvis family's information? Explain that away. Someone, anyone?
