Came across this while looking at other stuff this morning. IMO this is the very thing the Prosecution should have had ready to present: From TM's own mother:
“It’s hard for me to go out,” she said. “It’s hard for me to go to sleep. You don’t never know who might pull a gun on you. We don’t trust anybody anymore. You don’t know who you can trust. It’s terrible. It’s like living a nightmare.”

It could've been argued that with TM out on the streets - out with her children - etc - that they could be endangered. That would go to 'risk', no?

Judge said he didn't care if they were endangered--only the public and Moorers said they didn't care either--they would take their chances.

Trying to work and check in. Regarding what Delta Dawn said about the discount Disney tickets many hotels give Florida residents discounts too. I am curious as to what they used to qualify for a Florida ID.

This was from the dis boards page. She was checking in state and military discounts.... Hmmm

She shares a bunch of biographical info in this one, or at least what she wants others to "know" about her. This is where she calls SM's mom "the evil queen" and also where she posts a pic of herself with a rifle. "Yes, I love guns."

Right in the first post, she says she's "always playing with" rates, specifically mentioning Florida resident rates and military discounts. We learned from the bond hearing that TM and SM had Florida ID cards which they obviously (IMO) used to scam cheaper rates for their trips, but I'm still very curious about the military discounts. I've never found any hint anywhere that either SM or TM ever served in the military.

How do they do it?

Use an address like @ the UPS store. Even though they are boxes they are not considered PO boxes. You get a street address and a unit #.

Then, 'create' the bill. I could forge any bill you have quickly and simply with some pretty basic software like MS Publisher.

The timeline could work and it sounds possible, but that doesn't explain the frantic one call after the other to SM's phone right before her phone signal ended.

If the back to back to back phone calls were HE afraid for her life/safety why would she call the person accused of killing her? Could it have been the killer calling their spouse? :dunno:

Ugh- he is "happy to be back with his family". I'm thinking that means his wife and kids. The kids part, of course he would be happy about. The wife?
