I am kind of confused. Are you saying you think there are no clues or evidence that show a murder occurred?
No, what I am saying is that TM in her usual arrogant manner had her attorney point out that HE is missing not murdered- Because she thinks she is smarter than LE. I am sure that LE HAS proof and it will be presented at trial. They ARE smart in that they are not showing their cards prematurely. This hearing was a farce, IDK if they are trying to sway public opinion of TM, by shining a "poor pregnant" light or if they were trying to get info from the prosecution. It was a straaannnngeeee hearing- to say they least! :scared:
One thing was made clear by the Prosecution (in rebuttal to TM's attorney trying to imply LE rushed to arrest the M's):
LE did NOT rush - going against the grain of the voices in the community. Heather went missing in December -- they TOOK THE TIME to get evidence, to have proof, to know they had enough TO CHARGE WITH MURDER before the M's were ever arrested (I believe they arrested on the other charges because they KNEW within 72 hours or less they were going to have CONFIRMATION on a piece of evidence they already felt confident about).
I don't know why a memorial hasn't been held, I don't know why there have been no searches since the body in FL was found, I don't know why (or HOW actually) LE has been able to keep EVERYONE completely tight lipped about this case - but they've surely done an OUTSTANDING job. I think this, too, goes towards validating they are working very hard on what will turn out to be a VERY strong case. (I may be wrong, time will tell, but that's really how I feel)
What do we make of the defense saying no forensic evidence was found in the Moorers' trunk? Let's be honest, if the prosecution said they did find forensic evidence, it would be 100% believed and trusted.

But is LE going to say: Yes, we rushed to arrest the Moorers? They aren't going to admit it. I am not saying that they did or didn't. I wonder if they will show at the trial that they did investigate other people? I also wonder if the defense will show all the craziness that went on, like FB posts and police reports, to tell the jury that the prosecution had to do something before it was getting out of control?
The attorney said there was no forensic evidence in TM's truck. Not SM's truck.
LE doesn't have to say it. Time tells the story. Heather went missing in December - they actively worked this case for over 3 months before making an arrest.

I think this was an attempt to the woe is me... I'm pregnant.. These conditions are horrible.. There's bed bugs.. the girls aren't playing nice on the playground.. I don't like orange.. They wouldn't let me bring my Mickey Mouse blanket.. Blah blah. Feeling sorry for me yet?? Oh by the way I don't want any medical care for this supposed "child". She should've just stayed in her room for the day. Between her, and some family members they look even worse now. My opinion...

I agree, I think Tammy and the rest of the Caison Clan sincerely thought her plan was going to work and that she would be released on bond. I think they also thought that they could play the sympathy card on the judge and public and sway the public's view of her. One word... delusional. :floorlaugh:
So delusional that actually thought that going to a bond reconsideration with no concrete proof of the pregnancy and inconsistencies in the tests along with refusal of prenatal care and further testing would actually make her look good in their minds. Instead, it backfired and everyone is now questioning her already questionable credibility.
Also, I think it could backfire even further if they keep pulling stunts like this, not only will it lessen her credibility even more (if that's even possible) but also the courts and judge will end up getting fed up with her antics and not take her seriously. :denied:
