Mother preparing to be arrested

Someone was discussing why DB might have young son and kitten in bed with her. Could be for comfort. If she knew her baby Lisa was gone forever, by some accident. She might need someone, something to cuddle.

Can we PLEASE have a general discussion thread that doesn't close?

I know...I hope these inconsistencies are just flubs due to the stress they are under.

It could mean nothing.

I just want this baby home & safe.

My opinion only.

Actually, once again not true.. He came into the house went to the boys rooms to check on them, saw they were ok, then woke up his wife (or whatever) and said, why are the lights on, with that she said she didnt know and they BOTH went to look in on Lisa.. Once again, according to the mom, the younger boy was in bed with her along with the kitten. So one of them is lying. He has the boys in their room while mom has the one in her room. Who is telling the truth.. I dont trust either one of them.

I know, this is so confusing. If there isn't some action going at the very moment, there doesn't seem to be a place to post :(

If he checked on the boys before waking up mom and only then they both thought to check up on Lisa it's very strange to me.

IDK, but if I had a couple of older boys in the house, an adult, and a sick baby, I know who I would check up first.

I agree-- we really need a general discussion thread. And it seems if you post something slightly off-topic now, people complain.

How do you prepare to be arrested?
096734001/baby-lisa-mom-to-be-arrested/

I said this on another thread during the painful hours of the cistern check, so sorry if it's redundant. But I've long felt that the oddities that come from DB (such as first time window was open, all lights on, no sound, no cells) are intended to paint some picture she wants 'us' to believe. And right now the picture she wants us to see is, "I told you they would come arrest innocent me." JMO

I'm so tired of this. I want a happy ending for Lisa so much it hurts. :maddening:

So was the demo scheduled prior to today which caused the urgency on the search?

IF DB was having an affair, is it possible this house was the love nest? (I don't really know how affairs work, they seem like a lot of trouble and sneaking around and a lot of extra sex that could otherwise be avoided).

I think the house had to be demolished for safety reasons. That place was an accident waiting to happen. Now that it has been on tv, lots of curious kids/people would have wondered on to the property.

We just have to hope that the search was exceptionally done and nothing was overlooked.

I just asked my mom, who works in municipal government, about this, and she agrees. Probably rotting was a problem and they wanted to prevent any lawsuits.

I almost had a heart attack when I saw this title. I guess it turned out to be nothing firm though except maybe DB and her family's feelings on the subject.

My child ends up in bed with me a lot of the time, and if I had a kitten, I'm sure it would be in bed with me too. A lot of children and kittens do not like to sleep alone.

If I found all of the lights on I most certainly would check the older kids first, then the adult. It's very unlikely that Baby Lisa would've turned the lights on.

Moo...It's actually the odd demeanor of the dad that I can't understand the most, and I kind of share your concern about the possibilities. His manner of not comforting Debbie doesn't make sense, and the way he hangs his head and we don't hear him pleading for his daughter's return. Every dad I know would be acting different unless something else was going on. In one news clip, he starts to touch her, then visibly and on purpose draws his hand away and down to his side. His behavior screams at me that he doesn't want to be close to Debbie, for whatever reason.

His odd behavior makes me think that he believes Debbie is involved and is trying to distance himself from the whole thing, but could he be making himself small because he knows all eyes are on her and he wants it that way...don't know.

OR perhaps he is involved and she is not. It could go either way....

I thought the same thing from watching her body language on television. Her concern for her missing daughter struck me as "somewhat off" but I can't really explain. Her crying with no tears really bothered me along with the way she twitched her head and kept looking down to the left all the time. I hope she didn't hurt her baby but her body language sure was saying a completely different story other than the words she was speaking.

Would also explain the interaction between Debra and Jermiah(?) when she leans into him to seek comfort and he literally just stands there, does not lean into her nor raise his arms to provide any form of comfort. It was so strange when I first watched it that I sensed that this particular interaction was very significant and that LE was aware of the interactions between these two.

:floorlaugh: Not sure that that is the purpose of having an affair. :cow:

According to the tape he states he came home, saw lights on, went to computer room...went to shut window...saw it stuck...went into bedroom, woke up Deb...saw son sleeping there...then remembered baby door open...then hollered where is Lisa...then Deb got up then both hollering and both boys now awakened.

Who said she was having an affair? The detective today said the man she was with was "not anything to do with anything"...in other words it was not a lover or anything for rumors to run amuck with.

Thank goodness, calmer heads prevail and Irwin family spokesperson, Ashley is trying t dig her foot out of mouth. Unfortunately, the damage has been done.

I am so relieved that others feel she is not suited for the position of Spokesperson as well.

Whether purposefully or by naivete, she is seriously flubbing this situation. Hope someone (maybe a real attorney with some PR sort of experience) will sit her down imediately and guide her or convince her that she is too close to this situation or too inexperienced to be in the role of mouthpiece.

Also, as a paralegal, I am very surprised that Ashley has not advised the family to hire an attorney to guide them through this investigation and media attention. She of all people should realize the benefit of good counsel.

Or perhaps not, as I get the feeling she is giving out counsel of her own. Which, if true, is BIG BIG problem.

I agree, but I thought I read somewhere that they had a lawyer who was supposedly helping them set up the reward fund or that they had a lawyer advising them ? Or am I misconstruing that Ashley Irwin is this person, and they do not have a lawyer ?

I've taken the liberty of starting a general thread for thoughts and theories regarding the case. I hope that is alright. you can find it here [ame="http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?t=151163"]Lisa Irwin Disappearance - Thoughts and Theories - Websleuths Crime Sleuthing Community[/ame]
