I understand that there is a LOT left up in the air here, but we can't run wild with rumors. Same goes for speculations about drug usage (various and sundry), or anyone's lifestyle based on apparent living situations, etc.

Thank you for clearing that up. So according to that link/story the call was received at 2:30 a.m. and not 8:30 p.m. Do you know if LE has questioned the other 7 residents of that home and what they said?

The story has been updated to say the call came in between 8 and 8:30 p.m. and Megan Wright says she got the phone back between 11 and 11:30 p.m.

As the story says, Young refused tonight to tell KCTV5 about any interviews with Wright and others about the phone call or connection by any of them to Irwin and/or Bradley. He did confirm that "Jersey" had been cleared of any involvement in the disappearance of Lisa Irwin who went missing four weeks ago on Tuesday.

I was just re-posting because MT has come to surface again and some of us were trying to recall what he originally stated.

I agree, it is disturbing if he is now changing his description. I wish we hadn't been left hanging as to whom he identified and how this ID'd person matches up to some mystery man in the case. Starting to think we're being left hanging on purpose: "tune in tomorrow night..."

Speaking of this guy, I had just assumed he reported the sighting on his own to LE, but I think the reporter in that segment on HLN tonight said that Ms. Short took him to the PD to give a statement to LE.

Does anyone know how that developed? How did it come to be that the defense attorney took him to the PD for an interview rather than his contacting LE on his own? Thank you!

Pink has been interviewed according to her 4 times by LE. I'm sure LE knows who got the phone call. :twocents:

I do understand (maybe lol) now why MW could have said she "got" a call, It seems she didn't KNOW she had a call until LE showed HER that she did (how they showed her is beyond my shrinking brain at the moment, but assume they showed her some type of tracking or record that proved to her that her phone WAS called) but I was confounded before as to how someone could say "Yes I got a call but I don't know who answered it" At the time my head was spinning but now hearing that 8 people were using one cell.. at least that bit is (maybe) cleared up (in my head)...but that being said, LE doesn't necessarily know who "got" the call, hopefully they have deduced it though...no disrespect just bouncing off your post

The last paragraph says that the FBI tracked MW down through "an online (I heard Craigslist) advertisement for an electronics item" that specified her phone number. I've seen on other boards that the item she was selling was a GPS unit. Jersey's last arrest on 10/13 was for "tampering with a motor vehicle".
Wasn't Jeremy's car broken into several weeks earlier?
Could Jersey have stolen a GPS from Jeremy's car? Could MW have tried to sell it on Craigslist? Maybe DB got wind of it?

I don't know where this is all going, but I do think that all of these people are tied up with each other in bad ways.

That may get post of the night. What if someone told DB or JI about the ad (if one were also posted before Lisa went missing) and she jotted the number down and called that night? JMHO

My head is spinning.

In this video MW says the call came from "one of the family phones". So how do we know it was one of the 3 cells?

But, I've heard person after person saying that LE doesn't know this or that. We just have to have hope and faith that LE is on the verge of making a huge announcement/arrest.

I believe LE knows exactly what is what, thousands of pages, in fact. I hope they spend a couple of months lining up all the ducks before they make a major move. DB isn't going anywhere. She thinks her NY attorney is going to make it all go away for her.

OK. Given MSM coverage today, what do we know as FACTS right now?

The only FACTS I see are:

1. Baby Lisa is missing

2. A dog "hit" near the Irwin/Bradley bed, which caused a 17 hour search.

3. LE took clothing (Disney) from DB/JB's house.

4.. LE wants to re-interview the parent (s) and children who were home, the parents aren't cooperating, as LE wishes.

I choose to believe information provided in the search warrant.

Someone earlier posted that MW was interviewed for 6 hours by LE on OCT 8th. Right when DB/JI stopped going to interviews/LE started to ask the "tough questions"...............

Once the bradwins knew LE had this info they bailed...............

So where is 8:30 coming from? Or 11 and 11:30?:waitasec:
