BS was just on Megyn Kelly. he claims he has seen the phone records, no calls to MW's number in the last year on both JI and DB's phones. phones may have been restricted, call may have been attempted. i'm not 100% on what was said. video should be online soon, i don't want to paraphrase too heavily in case i heard wrong.

MK said that Picerno is going to be on her show today at 1:50. 12:50 ct i assume, 30 minutes

But remember - there was a third phone there - the one reportedly borrowed from one of their fathers. The call to MW's phone could certainly have come from that phone. Which makes better sense, since they have said all along that THEIR phones were restricted (which would be dumb to say if not true - way too easy for LE to check on).

I would say then that IF any calls or texts were made to MW, or anyone else, they were made from the borrowed phone.

Per interview with MK and Picerno

The cell phones never got further than 1/3 of mile from the house.

at 3:17AM and 3:22AM "someone" tried to access DB's voice mail using the phone.

And there was also an attempt to access the internet from the phone at the time.


According to Picerno - there were 5 attempts to access the net from the phone that night and there is no way to confirm IF the net was accessed or not.

Now - the 3:22AM attempt to access the voice mail - that is very very very close to the time JI came home from work.

MK lost audio to Picerno. They are trying to re-establish communication.

3:17AM and 3:22AM attempts to access DB's voicemail. WHY would a stranger/kidnapper/abductor even attempt to get to the owner of the now stolen phones voicemail? And the fact that the pings never go further than 1/3 mile from the house.

Picerno said that they have seen a powerpoint of the telephone information from the FBI when he and Tacopina met with them on November 1. The pings show the phone no further from the house than 1/3 of a mile and I believe he said the pings were in the wooded area and then down by the river.

He said there was a call made from Deborah's to MW's phone number at 11:57PM Monday, and who else would try to call that number since Deborah and Jeremy had no knowledge of MW? Answer: Jersey. Then 2 attempts were made to access the voicemail on Deborah's phone at 3:17 and 3:32AM *86 was hit twice to get to voicemail. Why would the owner dial into voicemail when the owner knew the phone did not work? "The actions of drug users...is never logical."

Ok - they got Picerno back.

He was talking about the attempt to access the voicemail. Says that "STAR 86" or (*86) was punched into the phone twice - that's takes you to the beginning of the voicemail and then you have to put your PIN in (we all know the drill).

Here's my question. IF this was a stranger - how would they know that *86 was the code to get to the voicemail. I've had many cells over the years and almost all were different codes to get your VM. Especially if the phones were with different carriers.

Also, MK had a good point. The stranger/abductor wen and sat in the woods from somewhere around midnight until 3:30 in the morning with Lisa and the phones?

Really! Good point. And it has bee reported the JI got home around 3:30 - so that's cutting it a little close since LE got the 911 call at 4:00AM.

I'm sure video will be up soon. I will look for it today and post as soon as I find it. I think alot of good, reliable info. I can't imagine a defense attorney would report info received from FBI that could be disputed by FBI. Again, please don't quote any of this until I find a link for video. Just trying to relay what I watched and remember.
