No, JI called 911 from his work cell after running to the neighbors to see if she might have Lisa because she had been at his home drinking with Debbie.

I appreciate the information I received today. I'm glad they met w/ FBI. I'm glad we know that the FBI has pretty detailed phone records.

LE has found so much more out since the 8th of October. It's November 11th, Mountain time right now. Why is it DB/JI/Lawyers are ignoring the fact that much more information has come out to ask questions about They need to either go with their lawyers & have a good tell all or build their case. Actually, I see the defense team building their case from today's presser with Picerno. He was running the defensive line. So we are in an indictment mode I hope soon. Go LE!

I'm hoping for an indictment soon too.

that doesn't even make sense. If Debbie told him they had been drinking then Debbie was also capable of telling him the neighbor didn't have Lisa.

Well, anyone could since the front door was supposedly unlocked...

But if DB was as drunk as it has been suggested I can see how JI might have hoped that SB took the baby for safekeeping. It could have been by mutual consent only DB doesn't remember a thing if she passed out.

I think JI might have known they would be drinking before he went to work. SB was supposedly hanging out at the house at about the time DB left for her wine run so they might have been talking about it.

So, when Picerno said today that JI tried to call home and tell Deb he was working late, and the call went to the Verizon call center (because of the limited service), how much sense did that make?? Deb's phone could receive incoming calls, so Picerno basically was saying the call was made from JI's own phone, which would also not be able to call out on limited service.

No reason the company phone could not call into Deb's phone.

So, Picerno, which is it?

BBMExactly my point, anyone could have entered the house that night, that's why I'm not jumping on the linch mob train to hang these parents at this time. :twocents:

My husband has two... and he usually leaves his personal one at home while he's at work. It is my understanding there was DB's personal, JI's personal and the one her dad/grandfather gave her because hers was not working properly (something w/ the mic I think). JI had his work phone with him. JMO and my understanding.

Not exactly shocking when LE is telling you you're a liar and they know you did something to your child. I can't say I blame them.

I'd say call me a liar. Find my child. Not, wah, they are picking on me. You just wouldn't think that if you were innocent or even worry about being procecuted. Why would you if you are innocent? Your truth would shine through. jmo

Joe T is slick. That first meeting w/LE was not an interview. That was giving a statement. I noticed how fast Joe T was to call it a an interview. By the second interview, they had lawyered up. They spoke w/LE once and got on the phone and started getting attorney names. This may just be a record.

I posted the link last night. The law professor was on Oct 8. I thought that was third interview.

It has been stated that SB was at the house at 4:30 while J/I was there. We've seen the video of DB purchasing the wine while J/I was home with the kids. I don't think it's far-fetched for him to know the women had been drinking.

I was going to say this:

I started on this thread this morning when the attorney interview was on Fox. I had some family things to do this evening and was not here, thankfully, as it was getting pretty heated when I left and continued.

I'm all about getting the facts of this case. I am very on the fence about the whole thing. :fence: I have three working theories in my head. Believe it or not one of those theories involves DB did it. I try to post information that I can support by links or my own personal experience. I have said often that I am on the fence. After today's news I am leaning more towards my other two theories, especially one. This theory involves money/drugs. I've seen what drugs do to people and they do not make rational decisions. In this theory, I do think Lisa may still be alive.

I am glad to know the information gained from FBI, even if it was gained from the defense team. I just don't think an attorney would lie on national news about a 3 hour meeting w/ FBI and info received in that meeting. I am glad the boys were interviewed. I don't think heavy drinking while taking care of children is a good idea. I do think that LE's earliest statement about the parent's cooperation was a mistake. I do think that parents should be interviewed again and I think LE should take that anyway they can get it. I think LE/FBI has alot more info than any of us here. I think that some are making very rash judgements and could very well be surprised at the outcome of this case. Of course....I could be surprised as well.

I do know that I will continue to pray that this baby is safe and will be returned to her family soon. I will also pray for DB/JI guilty or not.
