I truly don’t understand why this case has lingered to this degree. The circumstantial evidence is strong enough IMO to get a grand jury indictment. Plenty of no body cases are successfully prosecuted.

The DA several years ago indicated she was going to make an arrest soon. She was interviewed on a Dateline special. What happened to that momentum?
