The Lake county sheriff says they are searching for a 26 year old Polson man near the SKQ Dam near Polson.

Lake County Sheriff Don Bell tells KPAX they are looking for 26 year old Kyle Butterhof near the SKQ Dam after his car was located in the parking lot Saturday.

Sheriff Bell reports Butterhof’s dad contacted law enforcement Friday after his son left his home in Perma distraught. Bell says an attempt to locate was dispatched to area law enforcement to be on the lookout for Butterhof.

Cindy Bellick described her son as having Asperger&#8217;s syndrome and &#8220;is high functioning autism.&#8221; Bellik, also of Polson, confirmed that her son was &#8220;suicidal&#8221; on Friday when he was last seen.

POLSON &#8211; The body of a missing Polson man was found Tuesday afternoon.

Kyle Butterhof, 26, was reported missing by his family Friday afternoon.
Kyle&#8217;s mother told MTN News on Tuesday that his body was found at the bottom of the SKQ Dam near Polson.
