There is a dog training facility (Wind Rivers Canine Partners Dog Training) off of US 93 South of Missoula. Maybe RB went there with Cerberus on the morning of July 20th and was heading back to Missoula prior to her trip to Superior when she took the selfie. I suppose it depends on which time stamp is correct.

I have confirmed 1154 is correct.

It appears the new PI has discovered something they believe is relevant to Rebekah's missing case. The family is asking anyone that was at Council Grove State Park on July 2, 2021 around 3pm to 4pm to come forward. They want to know if anyone saw Rebekah's car, a 2014 Silver Passat? Or, if they saw a specific van or other cars there? AM has already spoken to the owner of the van and they have confirmed Rebekah leaving a note stating that someone was throwing rocks at Cerberus. There is also a crack in Rebekah's windshield. They want to know if someone threw rocks at her car as well? There are photos of the Van and cracked windshield on Rebekah's car taken on July 2, 2021 at 3:40pm.

Are we assuming the rock thrower is DB or one of his associates, or did RB have another enemy? I can't imagine she would. Would proof of DB's involvement in the rock throwing incident strengthen the case for his involvement in her disappearance? JMO

I have been studying pixs of Cousel Grove State Park in Missoula. It seems to look very similar to the area of the swim training video RB took. This seems to me a place maybe she frequented with her boy Cerb since the seperation. I can't tell if anything else about it, the van, the broken windshield etc are of importance.

It would be nice if one could obtain a copy of DB's military service record. It might help open the eyes of his cult like followers. Unfortunately, unless you are next of kin, you must wait 62 years after the service member has separated from the military to have access.

Request Military Service Records

Of course you could file a FOIA request, but I'm not sure how you would justify needing the requested information.

Only limited staff has returned to the Defense Personnel Records Center -- basically no previous service record is available:

Temporary Reduction in Onsite Operations at the National Personnel Records Center (NPRC) in St. Louis

Temporary Reduction in Onsite Operations at the National Personnel Records Center (NPRC) in St. Louis

Due to the increase in Covid-19 transmission, the NPRC is operating at a reduced capacity. As of January 6, 2022, the NPRC has reduced its on-site staffing to 25 percent of its pre-pandemic level. We are continuing to service requests and as always, we will prioritize requests involving burials, emergency medical treatments, homeless veterans seeking shelter, and comparable emergencies. Servicing will continue on all other types of requests, but response times will be further delayed.

Military Personnel Records

Yes, this means some veterans cannot access benefits earned by their service.

Under FOIA they give very basic info to anyone as long as the information is not protected by the privacy act. I have not attempted this.

Here is a new interview. I apologize if it’s an unauthorized link.

Several things struck me after listening to this interview. First, AM reiterates that no one saw RB and Cerberus at the Alberton Rocks beach the day of RB's disappearance. The second was that AM raised the possibility that RB was never at the beach at all that day. This is something that has been raised previously by fellow Websleuther @Gina2o. I had dismissed this possibility due to the fact that that RB's phone had video of her training Cerberus at that location. But now I'm not so sure. Could the time stamp data on the phone have been altered? I would like to delve into this possibility further, but I have very little knowledge about iphones or cell phones in general. Any help from fellow sleuthers would be appreciated.

I assume that would imply someone planted her truck in the parking, possessions on the beach and drowned/poisoned Cerb at this location then presumably had someone else pick them up (I don't see them walking all the way back after dumping the truck)

The disposing of Cerberus and the abduction of RB could have occurred in Superior or elsewhere. But, yes, an accomplice would have to have been involved to place her vehicle at the rest stop. DB seems to have several loyal followers who would fit the bill. MOO

I feel confident saying AM would not raise this concern publicly if she did not have a reason to suggest it. I know at first she was not shown the entire training video. It took many requests to be able to see the video a 2nd time to include the ending.

These pieces of information would be helpful.

1. When and where was Rebekah last seen by a trusted friend?

2. When did she last report to work? Who saw her there? What did she say to her co-workers? Did she express any concerns, or did she tell anyone that she was was meeting up in Superior to collect her things?

3. When did she last use her credit cards and bank cards?

4. Her vehicle was recorded on security footage at the Town Pump in Superior. Is there any footage of her and/or Cerberus? If so, was she seen in or outside of her vehicle? If she was recorded driving away, did anyone follow her? Did she use her cards at the gas station?

5. What is the police history for the address where she was living in Missoula? There is a record of calls made to police attached to an address, or should I say this is what happens in other places. This would give details of any requests for assistance during the time Rebekah lived there.

The personal items found were loose, not in a bag? It sounds like there were quite a few things, possibly too many and too bulky for a pocket in shorts - women's clothing doesn't tend to have large pockets. Is it known if RB usually carried a bag, could it be missing from the scene?

Excellent questions @Gina20. Hope we get some answers. Appreciate your well thought out posts.

No necessarily, she was probably wearing her hat, sunglasses and shirt when she got there. Probably had the credit card & drivers license in her pocket, probably had phone and keys in hand.

I’ll go on to say that it’s not unusual at all to me that she’d lay these items down while playing with her dog.

The phone and the keys, I can possibly see. The credit card and driver's license, I still can't see any reason for those items to be left on the riverbank.

If she had them in her pocket she probably realized it when she got down by the water and took them out to put with her other stuff so she didn’t lose them. That’s what I would do.

I'm a woman (although not American) and I don't know any other woman who doesn't carry a bag of some kind. Presumably one hand had the dog leash. Dog remote controls are bulky. And on a hot day wouldn't she take water, sunscreen etc? Wouldn't she usually keep her credit card and license in a wallet along with other cards? If she had a credit card she would also have a debit card I'm assuming. Did she take out just those two items and leave her wallet in her vehicle, or in her home? Does the dog training video show the items in a pile? Does her leaving the items on show indicate there were no other hikers/ tourists etc around? Was there any indication of other people in the video or in background audio? How likely is it that no one else was there? Is it the type of area kids or teens could get to alone? If so have local kids been asked if they saw anything?
Just brainstorming.
