I'm relatively sure this is Terri in CYA mode trying to deflect any and all attention away from herself. Her emails on that particular day were written so that she had a reason for every single thing. It still bothers me to no end that not once did she say she missed Kyron or that she was worried about Kyron, etc.

I'm not sure where this will land but in reference to the description that TH gave about
Kyron's behavior that would have taken him to a neuro - seizure activity - perhaps she
could have been giving him something to cause these very symptoms......My son was given different meds for trials when his was 7-9 years old. What I reported to the Dr. from my observation of him on certain drugs could have been verbatim what TH reported.
MOO......I wonder if KH was aware of any of this or did she keep it from him, let's say,
so not to cause him worry???????? NOT!!!!!!

If he exists and if he's not the mystery person in the truck, I hope LE have known his identity for quite some time. I think there were probably quite a few mystery male chaperons at the school that morning if the definition is "a sighting of a male person unknown to the person reporting the sighting, standing close to a couple of kids". If there were 300 people there's no way that everybody is going to know everybody's dad and if he didn't actually introduce himself as a chaperon it could have been just an erroneous assumption, and LE might have easily cleared it up if he was in some photos or returned the questionnaire or if some other people knew him.

Something tells me now that these emails are out, we're going to be hearing something from LE and/or Skyline pretty darn soon. TH is insinuating some strange man was posing as a chaperone that day and Kyron then disappeared. LE and Skyline have been claiming there is nothing to be worried about. They are going to have to address this SOON!

Terri referred to Mystery Male Chaperone in her e-mails. She said Kyron was seen with this man and two girls after she left. She said no male chaperone had signed up for the day.

Someone would've had to have told her this information, as she was supposedly gone, which means someone saw Kyron with an unidentified man?

The story itself if easily verifiable. Did someone tell Terri or LE this story? If so, who the hell is MMC?

LE have said pretty plainly that Terri was the last person to see Kyron to me which to me pretty much says there was no male chaperone and that Terri is lieing to try and give herself some sort of alibi.

Someone would've had to have told her Kyron was seen with this man, though, as she readily admits Kyron was seen with this man after she left.

I'm beginning to wonder if LE will try to make Mystery Male Chaperone = Mystery Person in the White Truck.

If Kyron was reported to be seen with a mystery man at school, it would have been all over the comment sections early on, like appointment rumors were. I think Terri made this story up, emailed it to her friend and then realized it wasn't going to fly, so she dropped it.

I can't find it right now but does anyone have any idea why the reporter last night (Anita Kissee?) said she has had the emails for some time but was not able to share them until last night? Why do you think she was given the 'go-ahead' last night? Does it have something to do with the MMC or the presser coming up about the person seen in the truck in the school parking lot?

ETA: I just had a thought. Maybe the friend who Terri wrote these emails to had to testify before the GJ about them, so the reporter was asked not to report this until after that testimony??

Shes just doing what the people who know her best (Kaine, Desiree, etc) say she does with ease- lying lying lying. Is she not aware that the man in the Kyron picture background has been identified as a parent? She needs to stop piling lie upon lie, she's already NOT BELIEVED generally and is definately getting herself into a Casey Anthony-type situation. What a mess and WHERE THE HE77 IS KYRON, TERRI? YOU WANT TO RUN YOUR MOUTH, TELL US WHERE THE CHILD IS. After that, lie all you want to, we won't give a fat rats a$$....

Forgive me if I missed it and this has been answered. But did anyone interview the kids at school and find these two girls? I mean, if Kyron was with two other girls, I would think those two girls would have some recollection of it?

Up until very recently, they weren't treating it as a case with an accomplice either.

I don't remember LE saying that whoever did this acted alone, did they? If not, I think their focus on TH (if that's what you're referring to) is not inconsistent with an accomplice theory, especially if they don't know who the accomplice is. It appears to me they may have had this theory from very early on. It's also consistent, imo, with KH and DY's insistence that Kyron is stashed somewhere; that TH knows where; and that she and others are not cooperating. jmoo

I don't believe there was any mystery man chaperone. I don't believe that LE would be so irresponsible as to almost immediately discount a stranger abduction if such was the case.

This whole male chaperone thing is just too weird. And she's willing to admit that she saw a man in school, but oops, forgets to mention the one sitting in her truck (if it was a man). Something is seriously not adding up here. I'm sure LE verified if there were male chaperones at school that day too. She must have really thought LE would buy what she said hook, line, and sinker because this story is unraveling at a fast pace, at least for me.

I should write a book using Terri and Casey as examples of how NOT to talk to LE if you get into trouble. I'd bet I'd make a lot of money...

Terri's emails were written on June 5th, the day after Kyron disappeared. I'm sure that if she was emailing friends and telling them about a mysterious male chaperone, she also told LE the same story.

I'm sure that LE would interview everyone who was at the school on June 4th.............teachers, parents, children............and if there was a male chaperone they know who he is and have thoroughly checked him out. Or, LE may know that there wasn't any male chaperones on the science fair tour that day. I'm also sure that LE has a very good handle on what vehicles were driven to school that day and in the parking lot. They've checked and eliminated people and vehicles.

For me...........the fact that LE is concentrating on TH, DD, and are trying to identify an adult male or female who was sitting in the Horman's white truck in the parking lot while Terri escorted Kyron around the science fair, tells me they've checked out and eliminated all but TH, DD, and the person who was in the truck.

My question: Whose statements is LE using as support for Kyron not being seen after his stepmom left? The teacher's?..who by reading TP's account was negligent in NOT reporting kyron missing after he didn't come back from the "bathroom or drink"?. IF TP is/was Kyron's best friend he would know whether or not Kyron was with him/at school/whatever.

I seriously doubt that they "discounted" anything. More likely they ruled out certain statements based on timing and others statements. JMOHO

A child may say he saw Kyron at 9:00 but maybe a teacher tells LE that the child was not in a position to see him where he said he saw him at 9:00, that it must have been earlier, and maybe LE is going with the adult version.

BBM. Slightly O/T but just an example of how hard it is getting accurate info out of children this age:

Our neighbor stopped my husband as he was getting out of the car in our driveway and said there had been a fire at our neighborhood park and the sheriff was on his way to talk to the boys (our 8 y.o. and his friend) because they may have seen the ppl involved. We walked over to our park, basically next to our house, and asked the boys about what happened. They were both talking at the same time, stuttering, giving bits and pieces of info - and I kept telling them to slow down, talk one at a time, and to be very certain they were telling me only what they saw, not what they thought happened. They both said they saw fire/flames. They both said they saw a couple walking into the park with a gas can. The sheriff listened to them for less than 2 mins before saying thank you, you can go home. Ends up this fire happened at 2 am!!! They boys didn't see anything. I was shocked at the fact that they could not give a true account of what they saw. Unbelievable!

ETA: It's almost this bad getting accurate details out of my husband!
