Good point. In re: "your information that you have, is it gonna-nevermind,nevermind,nevermind."

He does say the truth has to come out.

Im sure he's not ready for the truth. IMO
I think Hank Sr, wants the truth, but he does not want it to involve any of his children. He does not want to know, he is afraid it will involve his own kids.
He already stated to Tommy that Misty has gotten him into trouble and she is not telling the truth. I think he is now wondering just how far Misty will go to protect Ronald. That is why he wants to know but only wants her to tell her lawyer the truth.

I think she has motive for throwing ToC & JO under the train for "messing with her". Thats why it gets me...when ToC is so worried about her in gen pop. If my sibling accused me of something I didn't do I'd want them to get smacked around/ wouldn't give a darn. And its even crazier to me that LyC would support her after such an allegation. If my husbands sibling lied on my husband I would turn the other cheek- go on with my life and enjoy my time with my kids. Its crazy. Then she gave information on ToC in a robbery, and they are still all chummy. They don't see her as ruining their lives? Then ToC goes on these deals together? Pills are powerful, but ToC should be drying out or dried out by now. What about LyCs support of MC? Something isn't right dog gone it!

Don't even try to figure that one out. Family dynamics are very strange. I don't get that either, but that seems to be the norm through the years with the family.

Off topic, I think Eleanor and Peter Odom make a cute couple... LOL

I think Hank just does not want to hear anything on tape that could possibly hurt Misty so he tries to shut her up when she seems to want to talk...he probably does want to know what she knows but can't talk to her in private and she had no reason to talk when she was free and could have told him...now he is just being careful on her account, I think...but i don't think he knows what she might say.

Misty is ready to go after 24 days...What about the 24 years?! Clueless!

Except Hank is the one who asked her on tape at the jail how many of the drug transactions she had done.

It's her talking about "drug court" that really gets me. Who gave her that idea anyway??!! :banghead:

No one on the show at all noticed Tommy's comment to his wife in the tapes. She's saying "if we could find Haleigh...." He says "that's not gonna happen", and of course she butts in. Tommy did go on a sentence or two later to say that his drug charge is not going to go away, but my husband and I both thought he was saying that finding Haleigh isn't going to happen.

Thanks for pointing that out. I thought he was talking about the drug charges.

Excellent post. I noticed that as well. I think the same as you and your husband also, that I got the impression he wasn't talking about his charges, he wasn't talking about the publicity going away, he was talking about Haleigh not being found. He kept saying over and over I aint got nothing to do with that and I dont know nothing about that. My stomach flipped.

I'm going alomg with the consensus....

The "two" are Tommy & Joe O.

(I still believe Tommy was the messenger/the deliverer)

I had heard that too. That exchange between them was interesting.

How does Tommy know Haleigh won't be found?? Does he mean not from him because he doesn't know or because revealing that info. would be worse for him and/or Misty than their current charges? Lindsey really seemed to be trying to tell him to spill it in that exchange. She was like this would all go away if they could just find Haleigh and stuff like that. She seemed almost to think that Tommy knew something.
