I am confused also, don't feel bad. I never have seen so much lying and deceit in a case. kc sure is a tough cookie and what made her so mean?
(love your pup) welcome to WS

Thanks! He's much bigger now, but I realized I never put a picture up

About NG: If the MR didn't say anything coming out of the woods, he might not have wanted his partner to know he was a little bit obsessed with the case of a missing child (like us!). Hard to explain to people who aren't true crime buffs...or child advocates.

If you saw something suspicious around 1:30 or 2:30 why on earth would you wait until 9:30 at night to call police?

I thought that was hinky but I guess he saw something, wasn't sure, thought about it a lot and it bugged him so he finally called LE that night. Also, he said he called again the same time the next night. When he finished his shift?

It would explain why LE didn't take it seriously, that it was late and also there were a LOT of false calls.

KB: Woman says when her neice was murdered, they went to psychic and got useless info in return for ??thousand dollars.
I believe I heard 5,000. Aw, snap!

Darn it, I forgot NG was on! Just got here, only read page three of posts.

I think I may be standing alone on this, but I think MR is on the up and up, no daisy chain, not tipped off, he just went with his gut, was persistant and found her. Am I alone?

:waitasec:

That is what I am wondering also. Kronk called at night 2 times.

I believe David D. was to have also said that Kronk did not say anything when he came out of the woods.

LaLaw, thanks:)

:confused:This is the first time I heard that there were Three MR working the area. Must have missed that one.

RK called late all three nights.

No psyhic on tonite with her phone records??

I think you are right. And it all started with the remains discovery. There's just too much going on to be coincidence, huh?

I think they were definitely banking on the remains NOT being found. When they were found, it threw a monkey wrench into their plans. I think the plan was to make sure the remains were disposed of permanently.

I admit a little weird, but I bet he finished his shift and talked to someone about it, then got brave enough to call. I know I would come home and say to hubby, do you think I should call? Remember MR said he wanted to remain
secret.........

I think thats all it is...

Either the Cop was having a Bad day or maybe he was just sick of dealing with all the false tips & he just.."Blew Krunk Off"

I think it's good news for the Prosecution in the long run though

They now have an answer as to why the Bag wasn't found in August

The Deputy Didn't do his Job

But now my hinky meter is going off. If RK was just in the woods, saw a garbage bag, WHY would he feel the need to report garbage? Unless he was tipped off (as LP suggested). And he wanted a body to be found. I mean, if he only pointed out a garbage bag in the water, what would make the cop or anybody else suspicious. Did RK see something "white" at this time??? Did he smell something??? I mean, WHY did he want the cop to go in the water to get a garbage bag?????

I think all these things are being put out there by the defense to try to create doubt. I bet the duct tape has KC's prints all over it. Or at least we can hope.

No, I still tend to lean that way. I don't think he would be so forthcoming. But this case is so weird, anything goes at this point. :waitasec:

I thought the reporter said that David D. didn't/wouldn't?tell her what Kronk said when he came out of the woods.

I am so sorry - you are right. I will try to delete my post! Thanks for calling my attention to it!

I agree. Saw him on Good Morning america. He was very credible, honest.

No you are not alone. There was absolutely no reason for him to get involved in this - make those calls - if he has some connection. He didn't have to do that.

Me, too.

OH boy, new "chain". NG now has the domino chain. If the psychic's credibility falls, then so does the PI's, etc., like dominos.
