It really annoys me that LP still doesn't go by the evidence. He's saying that the fight with Cindy caused Casey to leave that night and take Caylee. All the cell phone pings place her in the area of her home all night and not off someplace else. I don't believe the fight itself caused the murder. Casey was used to fights, was said by the neighbor to have quite a temper, and expected a fight because of the theft of her grandma's check routing number. She didn't hide it. I think Casey wanted a way to get out of her trouble and still make herself a victim, that was her MO. Finding out that Cindy was thinking of getting custody and throwing her out is probably what caused it. Psychopaths kill when they are about to be totally rejected or left.

Thank you for writing this!!! I need to go to the rant thread because I have read far too many posts today blaming an argument with Cindy for what happened to Caylee. I would have probably argued with Casey daily if I was her mother. She must have been maddening as a daughter, and obviously now we know that she is one sick puppy. I feel badly that Cindy and George never got total custody, but they were obviously in denial and wanted Caylee to grow up and take over the parenting, but it never happened.

I think Casey was an immature narcissist who wanted to be the center of attention, and Caylee ruined that. I believe she resented the attention that Cindy and others gave the baby, and that's the real reason why she resented Cindy holding Caylee at birth - the focus was on the baby instead of Queen Casey. Can you tell that I've known people like this before? Oh yes. I know so-called grown-ups who would push kids out of the way to be first to be in a photograph or the first to open Christmas presents. Most people in the world put children first, but there are people who just see them as obstacles to their own happiness.

I thought I heard that, too. She said something like "Maybe because the death penalty is back on the table..."
I recall words to that effect too. After hearing about people donating money to her commissary account and some people may be sympathetic towards her, I think it might be a good idea to have a death qualified jury. Those individuals might be more mature and take their duty more seriously. MOO

I guess a person can have that opinion but what if your wife gives birth to a girl? Quite a lot of pressure to put on your wife. Any man ever told me something like that I would have told him "Yea and I want to have a real man in my life and walked out the door". KC is a coward, she couldn't stand up for herself and wouldn't stand up for Caylee.

Men who say things like that are just twisted. The human race is 50/50 men and women, and most "real" men love their daughters completely. When they are born they are all the same - helpless babies, and you just love them. It makes me sick that any mother would have to feel badly over having a beautiful daughter like Caylee.:furious::razz:

Ok, I have a thought as to how it is a definate now that Caylee's death wasn't an accident. When I heard on Nancy that it is confirmed that the duct tape was around Caylee's mouth, I immediately thought of something from the JonBenet case..Steve Thomas wrote in his book that one of the reasons he thought the Ramsey's faked JonBenet's kidnapping was the duct tape found on her mouth..heres an excerpt:As part of her staging, Thomas wrote that Patsy put a strip of duct tape over JonBenet's mouth. "There was bloody mucus under the tape, and a perfect set of the child's lip prints, which did not indicate a tongue impression or resistance," indicating that JonBenet had not been alive when the tape was affixed to her mouth. So if Casey's fingerprints were found on the duct tape, and evidence of resistance wouldn't that point to intentional murder? If it was determined the taped was placed when Caylee was alive that def. squashes the whole "terrible accident and mother panics and fakes a kidnapping" theory.

Interesting, njbaker! Did they find any fingerprints on the duct tape from JonBenet? Just wondering, as we're all so hopeful of there being prints on the duct tape in this case.

KC getting more donations into jail account. Ordered chili, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, granola bars, hot chips, bbq chips

let her keep eating all the high fat foods, by the time trial comes she'll be much bigger, maybe it will slow down her strut! Jail food is high carb also so these extras will just add more.

IMO, I can't get over no arrests for CA/GA/LA..............what about the lying? what about washing, cleaning, deleting computer? Well, maybe they decided to help LE and FBI now. Odd, isn't it? Will they be witnesses now to save their butts?

PLEASE JB bury Caylee and don't sell her photos in death! moo

LP reversing his thoughts that it was accidental. Believes it happened the night after CA and KC fight.

Thank goodness LP is getting off this "accident" theory!

I have not once thought that is was an accident by putting her in the trunk to party for the following reasons:

1) Duct tape is strong and sticky and would definitely have left marks on Caylee's fragile skin/face

2) Caylee could have woken up from the chloroform and started kicking the trunk and someone could have heard her

3) Caylee was old enough to talk and I don't think she would have let KC done this horrific thing to her without telling someone!

I do still believe it happended after the fight though. I do agree with him on that.

There was jealousy between CA and Casey in my opinion. I remember the video of a visit with George and Cindy where when George took the phone and started talking to Casey Cindy laid her head on George's shoulder. Don't remember which video it was but I thought at the time it looked like Cindy was reinforcing her "claim" on George.

KC will NEVER walk. YOu could get 1 or 2 nutty jurors and it could be a hung jury but she will never walk. There couldn't possibly be 12 people that could be so stupid. Just like those Menendez bros had a hung jury...look where they are now.... I highly doubt she will ever walk.

They also said that about Scott Peterson. I think she will FRY

this is somewhat OT but - OT- I ran into someone I had not seen since the spring who just so happens to be a DJ here in Orlando. I asked him where he was working at these days and guess what he says...Fusian ultra lounge! He says he was not in the crew with TL and that that DJ group was fired shortly after the KC incident. So, of course, I ask him if he had met KC. So he says, "I don't really want to talk to much about it...I'm still creeped out. She was extremely flirtatous and touchy feely, gave me a kiss on the cheek first time she met me, was very clingy...said she was single, never mentioned a child and told everyone in the club that she spoke with that she worked at universal and could get them into Universal for free and that everyone could tell she was a liar." He appeared horrified that he had any knowledge of her. it was very iteresting.

Thank you, that's what I thought I heard. I would like to see it confirmed though. I sure hope it's back on!

lol I know?? I'm agree with that..I'm sorry did I word that wierd? I am saying that maybe the reason it is confirmed now that Casey killed Caylee and that it was INTENTONAL is perhaps the ducktape had Casey's fingerprints on it and signs of resistance..meaning that Casey put the ducktape on Caylee while she was still alive..so it couldn't be an accident, just an idea.

Ok, that made me laugh. :)

I think you are referring to terpene not turpin, terpenes are volatile organinc compounds released by plants

no way. she will walk right into life in prison no parole.

I agree! If kc would walk she would have no life. Just like the A family, no regular life from now on. Who wants them as friends? employees? neighbors?
It's over now, life as they knew it. Must move on and go where no one knows them like they did from Ohio to Fla........IMO

I wonder....could the SA ask each prospective juror if they have been a contributer to The Casey Anthony Incarceration Munchie Fund?

I'm sorry. This just is soooo unbelievable!

(any juror #10's need not apply)

But I do agree, justice for Caylee rests with a mature, intelligent panel with Commom Sense.

Really good sleuthing. Interesting but, if KC had chloroformed Caylee before placing the tape then there would be no resistance. So it depends if anything on the tape still reveals her status when it was applied -- e.g., breathing / suffocation. Just a thought.
