I waited & waited with baited breath, but not once did I hear her ask anyone "What evidence do they have that this was "Intentional" The timeline was discussed, the manner of death explored. Jessica D. mentioned that she acted alone & that it was not an accidental death, that Caylee was killed on purpose. I waited for NG to ask "What points to a deliberate act of Murder, beyond a reasonable doubt?"

Maybe they are saving that for next week, so they get a run out of this?

Maybe the Feds will be the ones to file charges against the A's and not OCSO.

I also heard Jessica say that she hasnt heard of any pending charges against any of the Anthony family- Lee Cindy and George- guess we will see!

That was my thought. Chlorformed rag taped to the mouth. :furious:

Hate to say this but you just reminded me of another story I had heard long ago about a murder case, perhaps KC stuffed a sock in Caylee's mouth and then duck taped her mouth, it's possible that the sock could still have been lodged in within the jawbone/skull--------

IF TRUE, THAT WOULD PROVE INTENT TO COMMIT MURDER - PERIOD. You don't put a sock in someone's mouth WITH tape just to keep them quiet-----temporarily. JMHO

yes, I see another doc dump coming.....

The way the remains were dispersed across the acre a rag or sock could have been dispersed as well. They would be able to test something like that for DNA and chloroform though.

I agree and that makes a lot more sense than just putting the tape over her mouth. MOO

They sure could, and if it just happened to remain in the garbage bag, all the better, it may have retained even more evidence.

NG tonight, continued with the theme that KC is responsible for not having Caylee's remains properly buried yet, she just doesn't care, she's just left the remains rotting there at the funeral home, etc (even though KC is not being allowed to take part in the funeral plans or funeral in any way at all and seems to have no control over this whatsoever)....?

The program mainly covered today's headline out of Orlando that the Sheriff's dept has reportedly issued a statement that there is "overwhelming evidence that KC committed premeditated murder and acted alone". Presumably a lot more evidence will be presented at trial that was not presented in this program to support this.

One interesting thing was while the young reporter out of Orlando, what is her name, Jennifer D? while she was reporting on this story, NG suddenly interrupted her midstream and said, "When exactly did you form such a friendly relationship with KCA? Why are you calling Ms. Anthony the defendant by her first name 'KC' ? " The young reporter appeared stunned and confused by this accusation and assured NG that she has never met KCA and has no relationship with her. It was really bizarre! Especially coming from this program where I thought they've called her "tot mom" and "KC" throughout the past 6 months.
It was odd because nothing the young reporter had been saying was pro-KC at all. Who knows where that came from.

NG gave the run down on how KC has eaten snacks in prison and bought toiletries and how people from around the country have donated small amounts of money to her prison account for these items. NG reiterated that KC's eating snacks and using toiletries is a sign of being a psychopathic murderer with no remorse.

She also reiterated that KC's family had not attended yesterday's hearing and wasn't that strange? Gloria A pointed out that the A family had apparently not been given notice that KC would be there, that the judge had ordered KC's attendance at the last minute.

I agree ~ and don't hold it against him for making those comments. He might have been trying to tell her he wasn't that interested in her, never knowing what she was capable of. MOO

ITA! I don't hold it against him for saying this at all.

I hold it against KC for being so stupid as to not read between the lines and see that he was just saying that as an excuse to not have a relationship with her.

I don't believe any man would say this to a woman he loves.

Bottom line, TL didn't love KC and should couldn't stand the rejection.

May KC burn in hell!!!:furious:

Exactly, that should have been KC's clue to move on right there! but she's a selfish B and saw Caylee as expendable......:furious: :furious: :furious: :furious: :furious:(can't tell she angers me can you?)

He's only a kid for God's sake! Personally I think that it reveals a alot about his maturity level, not him being a "twisted" man. He clearly wasn't ready emotionally to have children and if anything he was making that very clear to KC. Her staying after him making that comment sent the message to him that she wasn't interested in anything more then a "friend's with benefits" type of relationship. Sadly what AL didn't know & couldn't possibly have known was that she would stay AND she would make any adjustments (or eliminations) required. (JMHO)

ITA! He was younger than KC(by a year, I believe) and he was getting all his needs met with no strings attached! This is a young mans dream! He may have started to feel alittle uncomfortable about their relationship and tried to distance himself without hurting her feelings. After all she had told him about being hurt in the past. I think he felt sorry for her!
Poor AL was just like alot of guys-thinking with the wrong head!:blushing:

Yep, I think it's surely strange. This fam high-tailed it down to Blanchard at the drop of Leonard's Stetson hat. I have a hard time believing the lack of "notice" was the reason for them not showing up at the courthouse! Unless they were out of town or something...otherwise they could have driven there in the time period mentioned.

If they were sitting on the couch watching the motion hearing go down and they WANTED to see her it would have been EASILY within their ability to see her.

I don't think they WANTED to.

I agree, he probably thought at the time it was a good way to let her down or a least let her know he wasn't looking for anything permanent. Of course he assumed that KC loved her babygirl like many other mother's do and wouldn't want to be with a guy who just said what he had said to her. Like I said before, sadly, he was wrong.

You got that right!:woohoo: Men really don't think about having kids unless they are head over heals in love or at least past the age of 25 or 30.

Cant it be as simple as : she put the duct tape over her mouth so she couldnt scream and put her hands around her neck and choked her or pushed on that spot in the neck tht would kill her- maybe she didnt even use the chlorform to kill her? Choking wouldnt show up in the bones, only the soft tissue and there was no tissue left to see if she choke her-

NG nitpicking on Jessica D referring to KC as KC.

NG: When did you become friends with DEFENDANT Anthony?

(Is reporter Jessica D. related to my favorite TV detective Vincent D'Onofrio?)

OT I know, but OMG mine. too. Yow!

Maybe this is a part of the NG initiation? That NG has to confront and un-balance every guest and put them in their place so NG is the top dog and they are subservient? It was bizzarre.

I thought that the reporter gave a great presentation and reported very well.

Refreshing.

Also, she knew the "nanny kidnapper" for almost 2 yrs and the baby supposedly went happily along--so why would she have to quiet her with duct tape?

The story makes less sense every day.

If the tape was on the mouth before death - then it might have been put on there when she was dying - meaning, Caylee could have been breathing hard or with difficulty and instead of Casey listening to it she taped her mouth so she was silent at the end
