SO it would not be far fetched that Nejame presented the check to TM on behalf of this foundation, which would be a conflict IMO if true because he was working for CA and GA and retained by this foundation at the time.

I'm feeling the same way. I am SO heartbroken: first and foremost that a beautiful little girl is missing and presumed dead; that the "mother" of this child doesn't seem to care (31 days?!) and is "a stranger to the truth"; and that searchers would be at each others' throats rather than coming together.

I am confident NG will ask questions that CA won't be able to answer and thus make a fool outta her AGAIN, but I anticipate NG will treat them nicely in a very fake way.

Oh you reminded me. If people didn't see it earlier today, one of Tim's people was at BP drunk, yelling at and harrassing everyone. The other day LP had to grab him by his arm and escort him out.

I would like verification that the man was one of Tim's people please.

If LP in fact told TM on Sunday what his "script" was, why did TM wait until AFTER the fact to say something? Why didn't he say it on Sunday???

It's just another way of saying you are making a plan & following it, imo.

Would it be better if LP woke up in the morning & then decided on a search area while he was eating breakfast & then called divers to come meet him in half an hour????

If G and C show up on her show tomorrow night, I believe she will hold their feet to the fire.
I have a 'feeling' that LP and NG have been in contact. She did not act alarmed when Tim began his LP bashing. Her mouth would have dropped open had she not known what was coming. IMO
Maybe someone informed her of the party atmosphere at the so-called training at the bar.
Nancy was sure not leaning into Tim tonight, was she? !!!

yeah, and to hold the meeting at a nightclub, how tacky is that? i first thought Nejame was the only 'normal' decent person in this entire fiasco, now, not so much.

No I do not as that is not the quote from this morning. TM is now adding to the story. The Caylee's skull is the new part. I do not understand this.

It seems to be "growing" each time it is told. To be honest, I just don't believe what he said. Watch his body language and his eyes looking down - I believe he just made that up. LP looked almost like he was going to break into laughter.

I know it had to hurt LP that Tim would do that. Tim should be attacking the family who is hiding the baby and not the searchers.

I tend to take this personally, as there were some remarks made about other independent searchers which I was not going to bring up, but a statement attributed to Tim about a very experienced search team from KY really hacked me off Sunday. He did not like it when they would not agree to be part of TES and made a remark.

Tim needs to KNOW that all searches don't revolve or originate with TES and there are more experienced searchers than he provided for Caylee.

But why would LE or FBI take "rocks" as found property? Makes no sense to me - can it be they may have been bones and LE didn't want anyone knowing until they're tested?

Seriously though, why is it that whenever anyone spends time with CA and GA they come back with an attitude towards anyone trying to help? TM made himself look bad tonight. I still respect him. But saying LP's circus. That is terrible, and then acting like the Black Water Diver's didn't have enough experience. I hope they pull Caylee out of there tomorrow!

? Why on earth does TM even have anything to do with the A's after CA called him a drunk and asked that the public not donate to TES...? They must have made up? Did I miss something somewhere?

I'm not getting this. In the grand scheme of things, TM's organization has spent over 100K on the 2 searches since late summer. $12,500 is a nice donation but that gets lost pretty quick in a 100K tally. The foundation that donated the money did it in good faith knowing the expenses that had already rung up Equusearch's bill, so what's to question? That's peanuts in comparison. TM is running in the red as of now. He doesn't have a stockpile of money. If anyone wants to know what the money is spent on, his books are open and anyone can see them at anytime since they are a 501 (c)3 organization. It's amazing to me the distrust after all this man has done for so many people. There are hundreds of missing persons, not just Caylee. He works WITH the families, not against them. Think about it.

Tim isn't flinging theories out there for everyone to discuss.
Tim isn't talking about supposed evidence and inside information.
Tim is saying he can only invest so many resources in looking for Caylee and odds are we will never find her.

Reality is not well equipped to compete with the tears of the bounty hunter who says he is going to find her.

Too much emotion involved.
Everyone is just frustrated.

Tim should quietly walk away from this mess before he takes anymore image damage. The reality is most people don't know about this case and of those that do 90% don't know who Tim and LP are. People donate to TES when a case touches their lives. He needs to go back to helping families that want help and know in his heart that the requirement of the family inviting them in was solidly based.

IIRC, one arrest was for assault.

:biglaugh: Oh, I have heard them; surgeons and staff. They talk patients, lifestyles, politics, dark humor, whatever. I've gone to work at the wee hours, scrubbed in, held retractors, handed sponges, held a beating human heart in my hand. The talk surprised me, but what goes on in there stays in there. Those are the rules.

It's the same thing with LE, military, lawyers etc. It is part of the culture of the workplace and it is the way people in high stress occupations dissipate the tension.
