Right? Kind of hard to look for your daughter and conduct your own investigation with your phone turned off isn't it? I think she turned it off because of PURE guilt. She dumped Caylee the day she abandoned that car and turned her phone off because she didn't want to deal with answering any incoming phone calls/ possibility that the car was found and smelled like a Dead Body.

Casey was avoiding contact directly after she threw Caylee away like a piece of trash.

:furious::furious::furious:

Good thought.

I don't find anything about this funny. I think it is tragic, not entertainment.

Tragic??????????? KC has brought this on herself. She thinks she is going to get away with everything but they are stacking charges daily and I love it. She does not deserve to breath the same air as everyone else. Maybe it is the cop in me but people like her always loose in the end and when she does the smug smile on her face will finally have been wiped away. I can't wait for that day to come.

Hope you guys are right that they found something

Almost $500 bill!!!

Good Call.

Wasn't this in July? right before she was arrested? I have never heard anything about her phone being cut off in June. Almost postive

LE knows all of the results of ALL of the tests.. close to the belt, legal strategy...

(WELL DUH, IMO)

I hope they talk about the dad and dismiss the Jesus guy

50 years wow… We can only wish… Wow I wonder what IS going through her mind… did Casey really think she was never going to get caught?

At least we know for sure that AMY is not defending Casey…
I read that Amy worked for a cruise line…

I work for a cruise line and one thing I know is that they dont make much and they save every little penny so for this woman to have robbed her … I know Amy is pissed off

Let me tell you Nancy is finally asking better questions
How long she gets also depends on prior charges (juvenile included). For each conviction, the time served goes up.

I think her phone was cut off on those days because right after that was when she gave the fraudulent phone payment on Amy's account if I remember correctly.
You mean, cut off, as in disconnected due to non-payment? I agree it's possible. :)

nothing about the phone being turned off ever, well, until now..

theory -- not fact..by LP.

Just saying it must have been since we usually receives so many calls and on those days she didnt get any

I think they found something significant on Monday.

GEEZ! NG is HOT 2nite!
I am feeling that way also. They are "sitting" on some kind of significant evidense they found Monday.

Her lawyer is so over his head on this, he will be calling in the big guns soon, just wait.

LP said normally Casey made 50 calls a day until midday on the 28th until midday on the 29th. He wants someone to ask her bf where she was or find out what she was doing.

hmm she would've had to borrow someone's car. i would really like to know the exact date she took the shower at jg's.

Was it cut off on July 8th, or was that just the last date that the call records were available when Lee went online in her account to get them?

  • #314
Hmmm, I thought they said the phone was shut off on 7/08.

I need crib notes.

You are correct. It was not cut off in June.

it was Shut Off.....by Casey

It shows guilt and avoidance and was directly after she dumped Caylees body and abandoned her car. IMHO

I still remember that one day when both Cindy and Lee made comments to the press about Caylee's dad. Cindy said mutual agreement between Casey and dad that he would not be in her life, then he died. Lee said the guy never knew he was the father. Both can't be right (at least one of them was lying or "mistaken"), but both sure can be wrong (same parenthetical applies).

It will be the BEST DAY EVER!

Me too...I just don't buy the no tips theory...There are TONS of areas to search.

  • #319
What do you mean by something significant? Does this relate to what some searchers mentioned on the boards here?

Yes.

First the "temporarily suspend" (enviornmental). THEN, they discontinue, because there "are no leads."

Meanwhile, a couple of the searchers posted that something significant was found, the area was taped, and the searchers sent home.

HINKY!

Wow, why would they refuse unless they had something to hide???
They wouldn't. Notice how people like John Walsh and Marc Klaas jumped up and demanded to take lie detector tests. Look at Amber Frey taking one. Scott Peterson did not. If there was any doubt, they'd take it. Major skeletons in this families closet methinks.
