Tragic??????????? KC has brought this on herself. She thinks she is going to get away with everything but they are stacking charges daily and I love it. She does not deserve to breath the same air as everyone else. Maybe it is the cop in me but people like her always loose in the end and when she does the smug smile on her face will finally have been wiped away. I can't wait for that day to come.:clap:

She could have stolen or borrowed a cell phone from anyone living in that apartment. LE should get the cell phone records from all of them. I could see one of the guys forgetting their cell phone when they went to school and not even realizing she had used it.

10 charges 5 years a piece and yes it would be 50 years if the judge sentences the max and they run consecutive.

Unfortunately, for those kinds of charges, she likely would get very little jail time. They'd run them concurrently and it would be a matter of months, if even that...just my opinion.

Lee's friend...Thanksgiving break. I really don't think she has any idea who Caylee's father is. It's a toss up! IMHO

I still remember that one day when both Cindy and Lee made comments to the press about Caylee's dad. Cindy said mutual agreement between Casey and dad that he would not be in her life, then he died. Lee said the guy never knew he was the father. Both can't be right (at least one of them was lying or "mistaken"), but both sure can be wrong (same parenthetical applies).

This is exactly the kind of questioning I was wondering if it could be included in a polygraph?

I've suspected that the family refused to take polygraphs. Of course, we expect a suspect/defendant is not going to take one (even if they may be innocent), but folks who are on the periphery -- and especially the immediate family of the missing child -- almost always are MORE than willing to take a polygraph if it will help clear things up for LE and get them going in the right direction.

Makes me sick that they refused, but I figured they had or we would have heard Cindy yelling it to anyone who would listen that they'd all passed and so would Casey, if only her mean ol' atty would let her take one.

So, why refuse if you are not in any way a person of interest or suspect? (1) You've done something you shouldn't have and don't want to incriminate yourself. (2) You know something more/different than you've told LE and know you'd be caught in a lie/incriminate someone else you want to protect.

Can anyone think of any other reason innocent family members of a missing child would refuse to clear themselves with LD tests so police could rule them out and get busy finding the baby?

Being asked to take a polygraph and refusing to do so, might have been another motivating factor in Cindy and George hiring a criminal defense attorney for themselves.

Yes...And then that Judge would have to explain why he sentenced her to 50 years in prison for stealing a couple of thousand dollars.


It's a Non violent crime & she has no criminal record

Drug dealers, rapist & murderers get less time

I believe that she murdered Caylee & that she will eventually pay for that crime but she will NOT get 50 years or anywhere near it for these new charges

a lie detector test can clear you in a heart beat if you are telling the truth- but if you are trying to hide even the smallest of things, it can totally be used against you. we all know why Casey would not want to take one, but George, Cindy and Lee not wanting to take one? My god, how can any of them sleep at night

They are not allowed in court, but they are a useful tool. Soemone who clears a lie detector will usually not be investigated any further by police which someone who fails can expect more LE in their lives.

No, LP was talking about June 28-29...right after she left the car at Amscot and before it was towed on June 30th.

NO I know that....someone said her phone was cut off for a high bill on those June dates...I was saying that i don't believe that is a fact. I am almost positive that her phone was cut off in July not June.
