No wonder she got fired and could not find a job or at least one that probably paid what she was making, probably the reason she turned down offers she might have had..I know I would not want a person named as a kidnapper cleaning my home or office if I had kids, would not matter if innocent till proved guilty..I would not take the chance..poor ZG..

I just don't see that she was named as the kidnapper.

Yes, Casey named someone with the same first and last name as the kidnapper, but Casey specifically says 'hyphen Fernandez' and does not ID this ZG from photographs.

I just don't see how she has a case.

What's odd to me though is didn't ZG indicate she had at least a couple of kids on that card, but Casey tells LE on the interrogation tape that ZG doesn't have any kids. Another thing, I thought Casey had been shown a photo of this ZG and she said it wasn't her took Caylee.

I don't think KC ever intended on saying thats the Nanny because I'm sure ZG would be able to prove that she never lived at Sawgrass or knew KC

I hope that somehow this all becomes clear during the trial if not before. If Casey saw the guest card why did she say Z had no children? Why did Casey insist the name was ZFG when the card said only ZG? Why did she describe Z's car as a new Ford Focus when it's really an older Kia? Why did she go to so much trouble to set Z up and then say it wasn't her?

That's exactly what I'd like to know! The only similarity I've seen so far is the first & last name, and looking for an apt. at Sawgrass. Yes, the two cars look like they could be confused with each other, but not the kids issue or the photo id. MOO

This possibility has come up before but with the attention that the case has received, I think that it would have come out by now. I'm thinking that it has to be a weird little connection...Something KC heard or read on the internet or through a friend...Just a weird little something that would go un-noticed and would seem "unremarkable"...

I'm a bit behind, but watching ZG as she talks ... when she was asked if she ever babysat for KC, she said no Mame, and looked 'up and left', only for the answers to the questions on that .. and no other time. Up and left usually means lying.

the 7th is from the 911 call - LE revised the date to 6-15-08
