The question to me seems to be whether the "tip" to look there came from something PI Casey learned while working for the defense. If it was after he left the defense team, it doesn't seem to be privileged to me. I thought someone said he wasn't still working with JB on Nov. 15th. So just where did he get the tip?

This was being talked about on another thread yesterday, the PI video, and PotatoHead had some interesting thoughts on this...the PI was no longer working for Baez as of Oct. 1st so her take is that no, its not priviledged.

Now they're replaying 911 calls from the meter reader. On 8/13 he says he has "Caylee's route".

Unfortunately no, Baez and the people that he hires would not be allowed by law talk to LE about what they found or saw. They would have to advise KC to do so. If Baez went to LE, he could be disbarred.

It's my understanding that if a defense attorney has actual evidence, he has to give that to the prosecution. But if his client confesses, that's protected under attorney/client privilege.

there forensic meteorologists?

With the Aug 11th 911 call from Kronk, was it ever determined what the "white thing" he was referring to? He mentioned a board and was that removed prior to when they found Caylee in December before the discovery of remains or after by LE?

He states all his theories and speculations as fact, and nearly always without any explanation where it came from.

They come from the deep recesses of his mind! :crazy: LOL. I understand what you are saying. But usually I can tell when he is spouting a "theory"...versus when he is just saying what was said in his presence. He is going to get in deep doo doo on this one if he made that statement and it was false. Because he did not present it as a theory. JMO.

He's always a hoot...you never know what's gonna come out from under that cowboy hat!

If Baez knew that Caylee was dead and Casey told him the area where the body was, isn't Baez legally required to tell LE where the body is etc? I didn't think that attorneys can hide evidence etc.

No that is within the Atty client priviledge clause.

A caller is talking about the color of the bag: first white, then black, then gray. The woman with the Mrs. Brady haircut (forget her name) commenting on MM saying "I'm not saying it's CAYLEE"... She also speculates on why MM didn't look inside the bag. Was he afraid of getting fingerprints on the bag? (her rhetorical question)

We went around and around and around about this in another thread. In the August tapes, Kronk never mentions any bag of any color. He talks about something white and round. Someone in that thread insists the tapes were edited and cites a report from the first call talking about a "gry bag" (sic). I wonder if the gray bag is what was found after the officer responded and not anything reported by the meter reader.
