Nancy Grace Tuesday 9/16

KC said, "There's that chance that I might see Caylee again."

Of course she is petrified, because if KC sees Caylee again, she will be arrested for murder because they found her body.

totally agree

A's have no equity in their house. KC not flight risk.

I agree too but everything I've seen from other lawyers has the magic number of 3 years it's odd.
I know what you're referring to, and think it's odd too to presume what a judge will do. :)

Here comes Nancy with the incredibly dumb question of the day. Nancy wants to know why today's check cashing arrest doesn't revoke Casey's freedom.

I'm not even gonna provide the correct answer. Nancy the former prosecutor should know herself.

Allen: So wait a minute. So, you're more afraid of your mom's reaction then you are if you ever see your daughter?

Casey: No I'm absolutely petrified. Absolutely petrified. I know my mom will never forgive me. I'm never gonna forgive myself because there's that chance that I might not see Caylee again and I don't want to think about that.

Now...to me...she is saying she is PETRIFIED of her mother's reaction. The rest is an afterthought.

KC in jail all quiet on the home front, KC out of jail it is the nut house.

Did you hear Cindy?

She told a protester that was accusing her of knowing that Casey killed caylee

"When Caylee comes home you will go to hell"

When Caylee "comes home" they will ALL be in hell ~

Worried and petrified to me are 2 seperate feelings. I agree she was petrified of her mother and that's about it.

Different states have different bond requirements. My state has the same as Florida, but some surrounding states have ANY arrest revokes the bond.

Don't worry....there is so much that they have not released; so much evidence that we do not know about yet. They will get her and she will be serving much more than that.

Remember they are playing chess and they will win. Casey's days are very numbered.

I agree,

All of these charges are just to buy LE time while they put together a solid case.

I think people are forgetting that in most missing persons cases LE has the family or friends pointing them in the right direction

But in this case they were told lie after lie & I'm not so sure they believe anything that Cindy & George may have told them

LE has an uphill battle but they will get her in the end

Do you know the difference between "bounced checks" and fraud, forgery, and theft? I bet you do.

Course I do. I knew what Casey was charged with. I made a sloppy mistake. My bad. Not that it changes the spirit and meaning of my post one tiny bit.

If she was really scared of good ole mom she would have kept her butt in jail rather than go home.
Casey had the right to say she was scared of going to her parents' home.

Why is Nancy using up all her show time to listen to tapes all of us has already heard

Good point and I agree. But all Nancy's doing is covering this case. She should know. The person with the Nationally Televised Cable News show should know. And she should stop shrieking just because Casey's out again. What was she reasonably thinking would happen?

I think that's what she's saying but was she really petrified of her mother's reaction? She didn't seem petrified when she started arguing with her mother while on the phone at jail. MOO

Some things are looking a little unethical, imo.

I wonder if that was a 22 yr. old guy if Baez would hold his hand like that and walk out for the press to take pictures...

Casey had the right to say she was scared of going to her parents' home.

KC is not scared of anything and that is very obvious. Those were just meaningless words flowing out of her mouth.

Pysch on now....complete lack of emotion, no remorse. UGH HUH..never says I'm sorry and little capacity, selfish, immature response. Brings up the tied up t-shirt and sunglasses lol.

She probably does know, but she wants her guests to give the answer. She does that often.
